"Let's think about the missing cat too," she added. "Why would Winter just randomly disappear after Saffron's murder? A cat aficionado perhaps? Or something more sinister... like Cruella DeVil!

"HEY!" Autumn cried defensively. "I did NOT push the Headless Horseman!"
But she was quickly distracted by the talk of secret passageways and clues. Secret passageways and exploring definitely sounding exciting...but dangerous.
"That PotC connection is increible!" Autumn exclaimed. "Whether a red herring or not, it certainly means something..."
She paused to think. "And it is odd that her cat hasn't been around." she noted. "Perhaps Winter had something to do with all of this...did she have some sort of evidence? Did someone want her? Or was she hurt?" Autumn's mind reeled with the possibilities.

Kit gathered everyone up, "And no more of this talk, because it'll just get you all worked up, and admittedly, I didn't help in the matter, but we don't even know if another person is going to die so off with you."

Aria couldn't resist mock whining, "But mo-theeeeeeeerrrr!" as she hustled off to bed. Truth be told, it sounded very welcome to her ears, as she felt exhausted from all the events of the day. A long sleep in one of the soft beds would be delicious.

Not wanting to make Kit cross Lady Death bade good-night to everyone and proceeded with Lord Death up to the house for a good nights sleep for it had been quite an exhausting day.

Autumn sighed. Things were just getting exciting, and she was more of a night person anyway. But after thinking for a moment, staying up late in a creepy house such as this one with secret passages and masquerading murderers didn't sound appealing either.
"Well...if Kit insists, it sounds okay to me." She decided. Besides...at least she knew nothing would be going on that she would miss. "Although...I hate to sleep alone." Thinking of Saffron's murder, Autumn shuddered at the thought of being carted off while unconcious. "Which guest bedroom are you guys headed for?"

PD blinked in a daze. What had happened? Things seemed to be in a whirl around her. "Ummm...???" she trailed off, wondering where she should step back in, "this is insane," she muttered to herself as she listened in to other people and tried to piece together all that had happened.
