[glances at JF]
You control freak.
But we do love you.
Dear Hallowfesters,
On the matter of "The epic fastness of the Hallowfest".
I'm sorry.
Sincerely,
Kit
No jks. I'm done being a meanie.
Seriously. The problem has been addressed, maybe unsuccessfully so. But the pre-Hallowfest thread was posted, and we did ask for suggestions as to how we may be able to slow down the Hallowfest. The best solution we thought of was stretching the Hallowfest two weeks instead of one. Trust me, the Hallowfest would be sprouting about 25 pages a day if it was one week, because I would be actually be posting vital clues and happenings. But again, it's just the start of the 'Fest, nothing important's really happened so far (though, you are important, Saffron).
I, myself, have pretty much relied on Johnny's Fan's summaries when I haven't really caught up. I just skim over posts when I need to (as of the pages posted yesterday). Her summary about Saffron having a cat that went missing for a bit actually gave insight to the current 'cat-napping' situation.
Everything develops as it goes on, and you don't need to be there for every second of the 'Fest. The reason why it's so spread out this year is that everything is pretty much slow paced. It doesn't seem slow-paced, but really? Compared to last year, when I had to spit out a death every day and people were hunting clues down every hour until the last day? It has slowed down considerably. The first two days were just MINDLESS stuff, and day 3 everyone started freaking out but JF and the others thankfully calmed it all down so that people weren't running away with the plot without poor Kit.
The easiest way to get back in to the game after being out of loop is... just ask what's going on in here and join in. We can pretend you were there the whole time. This isn't a strict roleplay, it's just fun and silly and it'll be over in about 10 days time. So jump in, roll around in the leaves, and have fun for a while, if not just to grab a nearby pie you found lying around in the mansion to smash into someone's face.

Thanks Kit.
Kit and JF have made it on my heroes list for this. Hallowfest has been the best thing I've done all semester this far. No joke. I think the best thing we all can do is just enjoy it however we can, whenever we can, in whatever way we can. The less uptight we are about it, the more fun it will be.
We'll definitely miss you, JF! Four whole hours without the amazing Horseman! *staggers back in horror*

Well aren't they in completely different places of the mansion? We do the same, JF. Just in a less obvious, discrete, lazy kind of way.
Also, you think not being on for four hours is considered "not being on tomorrow". You need to get your priorities straight, mate.

A Perfect Murder. That's the film anyway.

No, no one's died. I've actually described the movie I apparently went to go see.
@JF: Nope, not A Perfect Murder. Though details are rather close.

101 ways to kill your enemies?
I'm confused now.
I thought it was A Perfect Murder.

Wasn't 101 Ways to Kill Your Enemies a fictional film/book?

Right... and I made up the events of the movie... but it's actually a description of an actual mystery....

You said that I and group of others went to go see 101 Ways to Kill Your Enemies.
We know, of course, it's a made up movie that stars Brad Pitt, but I described one of the ways to 'kill your enemies' by describing a different murder mystery. Who ever guesses correctly where I got the different murder mystery gets the second exemption from being guessed the murderer.
