Yes, certain kinds of stress can be fun somehow. I'm glad that I get a weekend to relax beforehand though.... I'm not doing a lot, just hanging out with a friend today and my sister tonight. But I'm definitely looking forward to it.

So the competition went okay....i made semi-finals which was cool, and better than i did last year. it was a little discouraging because everyone else was so amazing, but i'm not going to let me petty jealousy get me down. lol

Yea, it's stressful, but it's my favorite season. I love fall, and all the colors and everything.

Oh my gosh, that's SO weird!!! No one has ever even heard of The Curious Savage. Definitely twilight zone. One of my best friends is Lilybelle in the play, who is really... mean. To put it nicely. Which is hilarious because she's the complete opposite... but she has fun with the character while she's on stage. I'm excited for it.

And great job reaching semi-finals, Pip- you must have done very well.

Nothing else new here... a lot of homework for the day though. *grimaces*

well, all-state auditions are in about.....2 and a half hours....BAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just ready to get it over with. lol i have this song ENGRAVED in my head! lol

-Stay Up All Night Tomorrow Night to Do Chemisty Project I've Known About For A Long Time That's Due Thursday

Haha looks like life is crazy for you right now, Pip. I'm sure you did AWESOME at all-state auditions... I can't wait to hear about it!! My week is insane too... the scheduling part is simpler though. It's pretty much as follows: THEATRE. I'm not getting home until about nine every night... that's been great on my homework. But it's been a lot of fun.

Oh and since you mentioned Chemistry, Pip... can I just mention that it is the bane of my existence?!?! Urgh it's a horrible class. I hate, hate, hate it. Just thought I'd throw that out there.... sorry.

I'm glad tosay my schedual is simpler than that unil a few days into the future... I do have quitar lessons todayand shoping to do... which we drive one hour toget there for both so that's gonna fill the whole daytoday.

Tomorow is prettymuch empty except for Bushido classes. (Japanese Samuria martial arts... it's pretty fun)

Then the enxt dayis empty... then saturday is... well saturday. (Sabath) and sunday we leave up to my Aunts to help her elderly neighbor who can't take care of her yard.. and then I go to my other Uncle and Aunts spend the rest of this month and some of next with them helping them in their lawn care business.... so yeah... lol fun times.

I think you've got the best schedual Arwen... lol *shrugs* but Isupose tht depends on what you like. Theater sounds fun though.

and I actually think i did good on all-state auditions! i know i got a 100% on site-reading cuz she told me i did, so thats good....so hoepfully i did good on my quartet and solo....it seemed to go well enough *prays* I REALLLLLY wanna make it! lol

Ah, chemistry. I actually *gasp* love it. lol i hate all other science, especially biology. but i LOVE chem. of course, i also have an amazing teacher. he's a dry, saracastic, short little bald dude, and he's HILARIOUS. and he really knows his stuff and is a good teacher, so yea. if you need help, lemme know, though, cuz i actually get it! lol

Bushido Classes sound uber cool. Just saying.

Wow, that's so weird!! I found that character elimination thing just a few days ago. And sorry... Faramir trumps Haldir any day. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. Sorry though!! And I agree with Pip, Bushido classes sound awesome. Going to your aunts' sounds fun too... you'll have to promise to keep in touch as much as you can!!

Pip, I can't believe you like chemistry!! It is the worst subject... ever. *shudder* Even worse than math, and that's saying something. I may take you up on your offer for help sometime. Good for you though, I suppose. And the fact that you have a great teacher must be nice... my chem teacher is the incarnation of evil. *shudder*I just can't wait to be done with it.

And congrats on your auditions!! I'm sure you did amazing.

Our first two performances of the play have gone really well, especially last night. It's been a lot of fun. We always go to the restraunt IHOP after our Friday night performance at about midnight, which is insanely fun. Tonight is closing night, and we have the cast and crew party afterwards. So this week has been really stressful but also really fun. I'll be sad when its over.

*ahem* I beg to differ. Now, first, hear me when I say that I DESPISE math. However, Chemistry is simply applying said horrible math skills to confusing, abstract concepts that make no sense in the first place. The combination is simply impossible.

So. That's my chemistry rant.

Anyway. That's so awesome you got a part in the musical, Pip!! The rest of the Curious Savage went well for us. Up next are One Acts, which are a lot of fun. Since I'm a junior this year, I can direct one. I picked "English Made Simple," by David Ives, which is hilarious. I'm so excited for it!! And we learned about the musical as well, which will pick up in February. It's Annie.

It sounds good at your aunt's house, Jax. I hope your back feels better.

So I just got back from a retreat called Kairos. It was amazing. It really opened my eyes and helped me to reconnect with things, including God. So anyway... thank you guys for always being there.

Nothing else new... I have an insane amount of homework for the weekend so I'll be busy with that for quite a while.
