Well, you definitely have an eye for matching color! I'd really suggest trying to use GIMP. It's free and tons of people here use it (myself included) and would be happy to help you learn the ropes! I've written and am in the process of writing GIMP tutorials as well.

I tried using GIMP once. But since I have never been a patient person I got frustrated. No tutorial or anything. And thank you. I just might hold you to that.

Nice blending on the Eomer one! I would suggest playing around with the text: putting it in different places and different colors. I think it would fit really well right where his arm comes up, you know?
