It's something I found on DA. I didn't really want to use an artist illustration of what they thought Snape looked like, as it wouldn't fit in with my idea, so I was looking for someone'ss drawing of Alan Rickman Snape and that was what I found. I personally loved the green clothing.

It was only after I made it though that I realised two song lyrics I picked did not match Snape basically standing there silently saying "come and have a go if you think your hard enough" so I went with that one which fitted his authorotive "I had a bloody tough job and you lot being idiots never knew" stance. :p

The green clothing is what first caught my eye, to be honest. I'm so used to seeing that pic with him in his usual black, so that was certainly something different. I wish JKR had clothed him in green throughout the books instead of black. I think I would have liked him even more that way. :P

I think you nailed it perfectly. He's the tough, authoratative bloke we first loved from the books. I'm very glad you didn't succumb to all the Snily-ness floating about here. ;)

The green was what did it for me as well. And the fact it was a pretty good drawing. :teehee:

I would have repeatedly shoved my head in an oven door if I had succumbed.

Although all my best song lyrics that would have suited.... required a female prescence so I was *momentarily* tempted. :P

lol! You're entry is great JF! After seeing so much awesomeness in all of your entries, and going to see a therapist to learn brale since I was temporarily blind, I decided to redo mine. Should I go with this one or keep my other one?

Well...I am sorry for not seeing your post sooner. I really like the second one but I think I will just keep it as a background and go with the first one just to be a little bit different. Thanks for the input! :)
