Reality: I've been busy with Christmas decorating...hey, let's make the Jedi celebrate Christmas!
---
Journal Entry #2: Jedi Youngling Meyta Wijou
The hallways in the Jedi Temple are lacking in Christmas decorations. Actually, they're lacking in...everything. Maybe I can head out and buy some decorations. I know it's unorthodox, but...well...it's Christmas!
---
Meyta turned around just as Freytha almost ran into her. "Ah!" She jumped, then shook her head as she realized who it was. "Oh, it's you..." She chuckled nervously as she wiped a strand of hair out of her eyes. "What's up?"
Away in a manger, no crib for His bed, the Little Lord Jesus laid down His sweet head...

((Thank ya very much! Here's my bio. ))
Name: Neeva Ashtron
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Appearance: http://www.gateworld.net/gallery/displa ... os=-211484
http://www.gateworld.net/gallery/displa ... os=-211457
Personality: For Neeva, the most difficult part about learning to be a jedi is learning to control her emotions. She often thinks with her heart and not with her head. She enjoys having fun, but has a serious, often sarcastic, streak to her.
Weapons: A light green light saber and a small knowledge in hand-to-hand fighting. She wants to learn more.
Background: When Neeva was a young girl she was sent to the jedi academy. She was trained with a class of younglings until recently when she was assigned to a master. She does not know much of her life outside of the academy nor is she sure she wants to. Neeva dismisses her curiosity about her past, or at least she tries to, as an unnecessary complication.
___________________________________________________________
Reality: I have been cleaning my house this weekend in preparation for a family invasion. I just got back from church where I got to see one of my best friends who is home from college.
-------------------
Journal Entry #1
Colette came back for a visit! I'm so excited. I haven't seen her since her and her master got sent away for their assignment. It was so nice to see her. We had a lot of catching up to do.
The rest of my time has been spent attempting to clean the apartment my master and I occupy. Apparently this is my punishment for loosing control of my emotions the other day. I've been getting batter at that. Master Simeon said I have made progress. Evidently not enough if a couple days ago is any indication. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again.
-------------------------------
Neeva tucked her journal underneath her arm and headed back inside. In an attempt for privacy she'd been sitting on a little balcony adjacent to the apparent that, for the moment, her and her master occupied. As she slid back inside her heard her master walking the door. "Greeting's, Master," Neeva said.
"You did a good job, Neeva," Master Simeon commented as he surveyed the living.
"Is there something else you would like me to do? If not then I will be heading out for a walk around the jedi temple." Neeva beamed a smile in response to her master's praise. She really did strive to please him.
"That will be fine. Enjoy your walk."
"Thank you, Master," Neeva said. She gave him a small bow then walked out the door into the hall.

Journal Entry #1
These Jedi all seem to be preoccupied with something. Master Trebor says that nothing is amiss, but I didn't spend 30 years in the Senate Guard to look fancy. Something's wrong here, you don't need to be a Jedi to notice. Pehaps Jax could give less restrained insight. He's a good lad, and he knows where his loyalties lie.

---------------------------------
Elsilrac Jolon stood up from his bench with a loud huff, wincing as his knees took additional strain. Making a note to get to a medic, he slung his old Senate Guard rifle over his shoulder and headed through the halls to Jax's quarters. Knocking on the door once, he waited for the doors to part, no doubt due to the Padawan's telekenisis.

Reality: It's cold outside today
Star Wars:
Journal Entry # 2: Padwan Learner, Mirna Lawel
It is colder than usual today. I have busied myself by writing a letter to the Jedi Council requesting a Proper Jedi Master....I have also busied myself a little by studying several books...

Mirna looked up sadly as she put away her journal. She then glanced at her lightsaber with a sigh and then got up to go find some food.

Reality: I got 2 new goats!
Starwars:
Journal Entry #3 Jedi Apprentice Jax Nova
When I opened up my eyes I saw the Zabrack standing infront of me. i was surprised to be honest, but I found myself relieved as well. It wouldn't be like she was replaceing my old master...not as much. It would be more like gaining a mother after my father died... I know I'm not exactily suposed to think of my Master in such a way... but that's really what they are for all intensive purposes.
She introduced herself as Jedi Master Caya Athar. After we talked for quite some time we parted until the next day when we would begin our indepth training so we could learn to fight as a single unit, thus bettering our effectiveness as Master and apprentice.
Entry Ended: 14:78:04
Jax put down his datapad as he felt someone approaching his door. He walked over to the door and opened it to find Elsilrac Jolon standing infront of him. Elsilrac had known Jax most of the young padawan's life and was a good friend.
"Elsilrac, come in," Jax offered. "Can I help you with something?"

Elsilrac nodded, standing his rifle in a corner of the room, and sitting across from Jax on one of the chairs. "Listen, Jax. Something's up, I can practically smell it. These masters, they're all preoccupied. I can't get a straight answer out of anyone, Master Trebor included. Look, normally I'd try a different path, but I value a Jedi's insight. Have you heard anything? Sensed someting amiss?" The old man asked, runninf his fingers through his hair.

Jax took a moment to think. With his Master's death he hadn't even been paying much attention.
"Master Trebor wouldn't even give a straight answer?" Jax questioned. "That seems odd. Usually he is quite open with the Republic and their loyalists."
Jax thought for a moment, stretching out with his feelings. There was a gloomy aura of unrest over the entire Jedi temple it seemed. "I sense unrest," Jax told Elsilrac. "And I did hear the master's talking about Naboo and the trade Federation. I figured it was just another one of their typical disputes."

Elsilrac raised his eyebrows. "The Trade Feds and the Naboo? Those Neemies may be ruthless tax collectors, but they're cowards, Jax. Gunray would never make an open move against a Republic system." He said firmly, re-adjusting the vibroblade at his hip.

{Freya, you're writing a novel too? Cool!}
Reality: I slept in today. And I had a dream which has inspired me to write yet another novel--even though I'm already in the middle of writing about 5.
--
Journal Entry #3: Jedi Youngling Meyta Wijou
I need to stop sleeping in--it probably isn't very good for me, and my head's in a daze. I had a dream last night, and it was so vivid...sometimes I think I want to write more than be a Jedi. Sigh...focus, Meyta. Focus.
---
"Heh," Meyta said with an understanding smile as Freytha lifted up her journal. "Sure, you can help..." She looked around to make sure no one was around. Down the hall, she saw Elsilrac Jolon walk into Jax's room, but other than that the area was vacant. "I'm going to see if I can buy some cheap Christmas decorations," she whispered. "You can help me decorate! ...And then I probably should see about getting a Jedi Master to train me. You in?"
Joy to the world, the Lord is come!

{yep! I am writing a novel for school.}
Reality: I'm in a strange mood...
Journal Entry #4: Jedi Youngling Fretha Barana
Ish not writing anything. Nope. Nada bit... AUGH! I just wrote something...
Entry Ended: 3:58:52
"Ooh! Lets do this! What do we need? Ornaments definately, and lots of garlands and ribbons and bows!" Fretha was getting excited, as she loved Christmas-time and making mischeif. This was an opportunity for both. Then she sombered a bit. "I'd like to become a padawan as well... I hate doing the same exercises over and over and over... it's so repedative!"
Hark the herald angels sing!

---
Journal Entry #4: Jedi Youngling Meyta Wijou
Yes! Freytha agreed to my decorating plan. This is going to be fun!
---
Meyta's face broke into a large grin. "Great! Yes, we'll need bulbs and garlands...and sparkly ribbons and bows!" She started giggling. "We can hang sparkly bows on Mace Windu's doorway!"
She nodded to Freytha and started heading to the exit of the Jedi Temple. Once they were outside, she looked at Coruscant's busy skies and breathed heavily in anticipation. "You, know we could get in trouble for this..." She smirked and felt in her pocket. She didn't want to spend too many credits on Christmas decorations. Meyta had always been a little paranoid about over-spending. "I think there's a shopping mall a few blocks that way..." She said, nodding to the left.
Oh holy nigh, the stars are brightly shining!

(Hey Nymphadora Tonks, we would love to have you! The more the merrier. Just jump right in and join the fun.)
"I know," Jax replied to Elsilrac. "That's what makes this heavy cloud of...approaching danger so dificult to understand. I'm not skilled enough to yet understand it but my feelings tell me it's linked with the Feds."
Jax shook his head. "I don't know... maybe Jolor's death is still messing with my mind." Jax hung his head with a somber expression and let out a soft sigh.
