most generous Monarch's reign. You have been invited to the celebration
to take place on that very day, and are asked to arrive at the Pennbroke
Estate the morning of, as quarters will be prepared for you. If you
decide to honor our company with your prescence, please send a letter
in advance so the previously mentioned arrangements may be made.

Lord Pennbroke is famous for his culturedness, but considered something of a bore. His son is handsome and very intelligent, and not on fantastic

Personality: Jocelyn loves a good intrigue. She especially likes everyone else. Jocelyn knows information is power, and she knows how to play people to get that ever sought after information. She does have a sweet side, but only shows it when her best interests are involved.
History:While Jocelyn may love in the intrigue of others, she has a few of her own as well. Her father is a high end business man so he was able to provide Jocelyn the high life. Yet his business has made demands on his life as well as his wife causing them to rarely be home.

Name: Adelaide Rochester
Age: 16
Appearance: Small and delicate, with long pale blonde ringlet hair. Her skin is so fair it is almost translucent. She has pale silvery blue eyes.
Personality: One word to describe Adelaide: scheming. She longs to be at the top in society and will do anything to get there, including backstabbing anyone in the way. Don't let her innocent, childlike appearance fool you, she is a young woman of the world and knows what she wants. She is rather cold and snobbish, also.
History: She was born into a wealthy aristocratic family who is always looking to advance their position. Her father realizes that his best oppurtunity for advancement is his young daughter, so he has done everything possible from the time she came of age to ensure she would make a good match. Adelaide has spent the last two years in Paris and has only recently returned to live with her family.

Appearance: Tall, wirey, curly brown hair and a bright smile.
Personality: Jonathan is kind, quick witted and very fond of laughter. He is often the life of the party and is always at odds with his sister, often exchanging blows with words when she teases him.
History:Jonathan was born in Britain where her family owns several large tracts of land. The Glyvers are a wealthy family by inheritance, but John Glyver has been able to make the fortune grow with connections in the trade route. Recently his mother and father have sent he and his sister traveling over Europe in hopes that Jonathan would learn something of other customs and be of use when he steps up to take his father's place at the head of the company and Quenby would learn propriety. Both plans failed, terribly so. Quenby and Jon both came back with contacts far outside the normal reach of propriety. And both came back with horrible tan coloring which their mother, Emily, greatly laments.

Appearance: Dark brown, wavy hair and hazel eyes.
Personality: Quenby is unconventional, much to the dismay of her parents. They believe she is destined to be a spinster and she is quite alright in that belief as there has yet been a man to catch her eye who does not try and exercise complete control over her. This ball is her mother's last hope for the girl to find someone - Quenby could honestly care less.

Name: William Moore
Age:32
Appearance: William wears the uniform of a British cavalry Colonel, and carries a sword at all times, though the blade varies as per the occasion. He has a scar that creases the corner of his mouth to his chin, a reminder of the blade of a Spanish dragoon. Moore has a solid build, and is a relatively tall man at 5' 10''. His graying black hair is usually covered by his wig or tricorne.
History: William was born the son of James Moore, who was a wealthy ranking officer in the Royal Army. With such a legacy, William knew that he was to serve in His Majesty's forces, and he promptly enlisted in the 2nd Dragoons when he came of age. Using his skill and his father's money, William ascended the ranks, until, at the Battle of Blemheim, he fought as a Colonel. Though he suffered several wounds in the war, he left Bavaria on leave, and he returned to England after the end of the war. Now, Colonel Moore is using his rank and social standing as a cavalryman to gain allies, knowing his brother's habits would bring need of them.

Appearance: Translucent skin and strateling blue eyes with strawberry blonde eyes. Around 5"9 and petit.
Personality: Flirtatiouse, but at the same time a determined and independant woman she enjoys holding her won destny in her hands and is on first name terms with everybody; even if it is only the second time you have met her.
History: A widow, Maria's husband Robert died of influenza a year after thier arranged marriage. Refuseing to re-marry she took the fortune her young husband had left her and joined the king's court. An only child she is a considerable heiress to her father Lord Gratwicke's estate and also the fortune her husband left her.
