OHMYGODLOST.

First order of business: PD, I am going to take your sig set and run far, far away. :P I love Juliet!

Hm. Sawyer? Vampire?
No way.

*spoilers coming...*

ANYWAY. That premiere was amazing!!! And ridiculous! Everything I thought, 'oh, they might do this, but I doubt it...' they DID it. Time travel! Dan is Dharma! Ms. Hawking!! Craziness...
I really hope Charlotte isn't going to die. The nosebleeds have me worried.
Sun is becoming nearly Ben-like in her creepiness. "So...HOW'S JACK?" Ahh! It makes me shiver.
I still don't like Kate. And I really don't like Kate with Aaron.
Hurley+Sayid FTW. They are hillarious!
Ack...in the second episode I was rooting for Hurley to stay away from Ben because something about him seemed so manipulative...but the very next scene with Ms. Hawking wanted to bang Hugo's stupid head against a wall. Why can't we figure out once and for all what the right thing to do is and let the characters get on with it?! Obviously they shouldn't be pawns of Ben, but shouldn't they be going back to the island too...?
Richard is amazing. I love seeing him around.
Dan is awesome too. Just figured I'd state the obvious.
I totally think Ms. Hawking is Dan's mom. (Who doesn't at this point?)
What about the dudes who attacked Juliet and Sawyer? Early DHARMA perhaps?
Speaking of Juliet and Sawyer...the idea is growing on me a little...
AND finally: Desmond is miraculously special? That would explain a lot but only makes me wonder.

DITTO WHAT FM SAID ABOUT SEASON FIVE!

It’s seriously already shaping up to be absolutely epic!

“Sayid is a vampire”? :erm: I have not heard these jokes…

RA, nooos! My Juliet banner. Mine! My own! *smacks stealing hand away* :P (if you really truly want a LOST-ish/Juliet/whatever set I can make you one though )

*Warning! Major season five rambling ahead!*

I’m a little worried about Charlotte too. Though, I admit, she’s not one of my diehard favorite characters, but she's kinda cute with Daniel. :teehee: Though, honestly, some of the other things I’ve seen for her (including the “Next Week On LOST” thing) point a lot towards her dying. :erm: Then again, (as Bala was saying when I was talking with him the other day) there's SO much pointing towards her death that isn't that be a bit too obvious for LOST? Though, granted, they did hint at Charlie's death a whiel before it happened. :erm:

Haha, ALL Ben scenes were epic win! In fact, many, many of the scenes in the premiere eps in general were great. And there were a lot of funny lines too. And I love how both Locke and now Ben have simple and easy ways to get the other characters off of drugs. FTW. hmmm, what else was mention worthy? Oh, yes, the whole Ben and Hurley scene was awesome. (The Hot Pocket of DOOOM  )I LOVED how Ben seemed to think he had Hurley wrapped around his little finger and then Hurley goes all “never, dude.” and runs off. Though Ben looks rather angry about that. And, personally, I wouldn't want to be on Ben's bad side. And then later on with Mrs. Hawking he looks panicky. :P Ahhhh, I love panicky Ben. It’s so unusual and rare to see him like that. (looks like he’s sorta like that in this next ep too… at least from that one scene where he’s meeting up with Jack and Kate (and Sayid possibly???)) And I find myself feeling rather sorry for him (:innocent: )… and curious to learn more about what’s going on behind the scenes with him, Mrs. Hawking, that lady at the butcher shop and all that. :erm: All of that stuff is really weird... and what is up with Widmore's burning desire to take the Island, ect? Just so many questions that need answering! :P

Also, from what I’ve seen I believe Dan is gonna be a huge character in all of season five. So that should be fun. lol, and Mrs. Hawking being Dan's mom... well, it makes perfect sense to me. Mad scientist-y-ness must run in the family. lol I just wonder what'll happen when Des and Penny get there. Er, then Ben will be around too and what if he finds Penny?
:confused2:

All I can say is that I'm happy I'm not the person who keeps track of who's here, who's there, who hates who, who want's to get over there, who's doing this, who has that ect... talk about a confusing job! :P

Ahhh, so far season five hasn't disappointed... far from it, actually.

*Spoilers For the next ep, Jughead*

Anyway, has anyone seen the sneak peeks into Jughead?! :bounce: Des and Penny have a little boy (or girl maybe??)! And he (or she?) is adorable! Also… Others speak Latin? weird.

That's all I'll babble about for now...

*spoilers & such*

Yeah I have seen the sneak peaks! I'm soo excited! I've known Des and Penny were going to have a baby for a while, but oh...exciting...
And I'm harboring a secret wish that it's a boy and they name him Charlie...oh, I know, I'm ridiculous...
And others speak Latin! Hooray!
Though it appears my early-DHARMA theory just got blown away. :erm:

*gaspeth* Could you make me a Juliet banner set thingy PD? That would be amazing!

I just don't know about Charlotte dying. The producers said she was added to the show as an anthropologist to explain some of the ancient mysteries of the show, such as the four-toed statue. And guessing from her line in the promo, "This Place is Death", she's probably going to stick around at least until the episode with the same name...the tenth or eleventh, I believe? I know I saw a full list of episode titles around here somewhere...
But at the same time everything pointing to her death is just so obvious! (As you said, maybe to obvious for Lost...?) But I know the powers-that-be need to kill someone, and she's not a popular fan character...

HAHA!! Ben is awesome. I heard on a Podcast that Ben originally had a line right after Hurley threw the hot pocket:
"Well, THAT was a waste of a perfectly good hot pocket."
But it didn't make it in because of copyrights or something. Oh well. Hillarious anyway. :D

I know...Lost is getting REALLY weird. I like it!...I just hope it eventually makes sense. :P

*full of spoilers and no spoilers and things that could or could not be spoilers*

What is so weird is… that you’re right! you were right about their boy and his name being Charlie. That is SO freaky! Did you somehow, like, know or something, RA? :P either way, he’s a doll!

Yeah, I guess those people were Hostiles (Others basically… just… not… really. :P)

Sure I could! (I‘m always psyched to get to make LOST stuff) :D As soon as I get it done I’ll send it to you via PM, dear. and it should be done.... soon. :P

I agree. I don’t think she will die until AT LEAST the ep titled that… but I think that’s the episode after the next one, The Little Prince. :erm: I just don’t get it. It really makes no sense to bring her in and show that she has some interesting history with the Island and then to kill her and yet… I dunno. Complete Episode List There’s a list of at least 7 of the season 5 episodes. :D lol, seriously on you saying how they need someone to kill that reminds me… you know, I know it’s LOST and that’s what they do, but I honestly think that until season six or so they should lay off killing people. I dunno, it just seems like they should focus on explaining things more now and keeping the characters alive. :P

Really?!?! That would have been AWESOME! I can so see Ben smoothly saying that....

I’m sure it will make sense before the end. personally, I’m looking forward to them getting back to the Island. In some ways it just doesn’t feel like LOST having them on the mainland. you know? It’s odd. Or maybe I’m just odd. :P And Jughead just left me with more and more questions! Lol but it was a good episode. Not my favorite, but still really good. Lots of Faraday and Desmond. and lots of interesting new twists.
The only thing that I’ve begun wondering about is whether or not they’ll ever have true canon character episodes like they had up through season 4. :erm: I sorta miss those. But I suppose we need to give them time to really get into season five before we judge...

*pops in*

Soooo, I agree with PD: I love the role Daniel is playing in Season Five so far! His character is just, gah, amazing. I love how he talks with his hands... it's very entertaining. Although I'm soooo confused about his old girlfriend (assuming it was his gf) and what happened and why the heck is Widmore taking care of her?! That doesn't seem very Widmore like. Then again... this is Lost.

LOL... I so know what you mean about keeping track of people. I mean, it was so simple back in the day when it was Others VS Losties. Now we've got Losties, Others (who are Richards people I guess?), and Dharma people, and Freighter people (who seem to be joined with the Losties now?), and Widmore people, and Team Sun (who's got a agenda all her own now apparently), and that weird, freaky Matthew Abaddon whose allegiances are unknown.

I think they dumped the canon charrie episodes... I read an interview in Lost magazine with JJ, and he said he thought that they had overdone those, and something about the lives of the characters getting redundant. I don't miss the flashbacks at all (those were getting old) but I do miss character-centered episodes.

RA: That Ben quote was so Ben. Loved it.

*spoilers concerning The Little Prince episode*

"Thank you Lord!" FLASH. "I take that back!"

 Best Sawyer moment since I don't-know-when. I hate melancholy, angst-ing Sawyer. We've got enough tragedy without him being all glum too. And he's been a little un-Sawyerish since mid-Season Four. Although he's given Dan some good nicknames, I guess. (Danny Boy, Whiz Kid, Dilbert, Dr. Wizard, and THE Geek... yes, I've been keeping track.)

When Jack said "I can fix this," I wanted to scream and tear my hair out. When will the man LEARN? I love Team Jack/Ben though. Ben is just... gah! Made of awesomeness! And that apologetic little grin he gave Kate... wow. Michael Emerson is one of the most amazing actors of all time. I love how he can show so much just through little gestures like that...

Jin lives!! IknewitIknewitIknewit!! I hope the others find him soon...

Can I jump in on the squeeing? Because, I mean, I'm already all dressed up for it.

*VAGUEISH SPOILERISH COMMENTS...ISH*

And am I the only one who loves Sawyer!angst? Well, I'd rather him be all comedic like the "I take that back!" line, simply because Sawyer!angst puts Jack!angst to shame. But Jack's been a lot better now that he's teamed up with Ben, I agree.

And seriously. Sayid gets more and more BA with every season. Honestly. It's amazing.

I totally knew Jin was alive. Called it. And I am so glad of it.

So true about Sayid getting more and more BA. Because, seriously, that dude has more moves than a break dancer on steroids.

And fyi, Tar, you schmexi Jate banner, and Ali's schmexi Skate banner have been distracting me all week. >.> I'll be randomly browsing the forum, and then I have to stop and ogle. Gah. So, so gorgeously distracting.

Ahaha, thank you. Unfortunately, Ali doesn't go out of the request section enough for people to even really notice that our banners match. You're the first one to comment on them. :D

"This Place is Death"

This was one of those epically confusing episodes that only Lost can boast. I mean... what was up with Charlotte cracking? And Daniel Faraday... is he time traveling without even realizing it? And Locke making a "sacrifice"?

I admit I've never been much of a fan of Locke... but in this episode he ws absolutely brilliant. I want to know more about what happens to him after turning the wheel...

Young Rousseau is gorgeous. I don't know who the actress is... but she certainly is lovely. I like her striking eyes and round face. :)

"Next you'll be talking about a submarine!" Did Jin even know about Ben's sub?

Ben's outburst was EPIC. When he pulled over, I was like, "You let them have it."

And we were right, Hawkings is Dan's mom. So many questions about Daniel and his mother now...

I loved Desmond's face when he saw Eloise. And Ben was so awesome! It was about time, really!

Fencing Maiden wrote:

I think Daniel doesn't remember it because it hasn't happened for him yet. Remember, Charlotte said he was a old man. Presumably old Daniel was trying to keep young Charlotte from coming back because he knew she would die because he saw her die.

I agree, I like young Rousseau. It's amazing to see what she looked like before she landed on the island! In fact, I wondered for a while whether they were the same person. I've got a bit of a crush on her husband, though. :P He was so wonderful.. Je t'aime, Danielle, et notre bébé... of course, then he tried to shoot her, but I'm ignoring that part.

What's really starting to confuse me is the time span between those on the island and those off. On the island Locke hasn't left yet (or is about to), but in LA Locke has already died. So is there a time on the island were Locke has left and the rest of them just slowly get nosebleeds and wait to die? Or have they been time-traveling for three years, ever since the 6 left?

Well, I believe when Locke sets the island back into place (or at least stops it from moving) he probably shoots into the future in the regular world. Like Ben did. He shot, what was it, 10 months? So there’s some time taken up there and then I guess you can mentally click in what happened the rest of the years that aren’t covered a whole lot (like, what Locke was doing during the other charrie flash-forwards in season 4 since we can suppose that he was in our world during those flash-forwards. If that made sense :P) that separate the Islanders and the O6. It probably took Locke a while to meet up/find Jack, Kate, ect. Also I was under the impression that the nosebleeds stop after the island is stopped from moving… :erm: Juliet and Sawyer must not die! :karate:

Hmmm, maybe I’m the only one who didn’t like the actress they got for young Rousseau? :lost: I mean, she was lovely and an excellent actress but for me the two didn’t look enough alike… even when taking in the 16 year difference. I dunno. That’s just me. :P

Someone mentioned the Ben outburst! *squee* that had to be one of my favorite moments in season 5 yet. :teehee: I was just waiting for him to finally say something and set these people in line... he'd been rather quiet throughout the season until then. I mean, really it was about time anyway. :eyeroll: :P Go Ben!
Ah, another good Ben moment was when he was telling Kate that Aaron wasn’t her son. I just enjoyed that because I was like “finally! Someone tell this woman the way it is! Ugh!” (noting that I dislike Kate and her possessiveness of Aaron very much ;))

I admit, that Charlotte’s death (if she indeed died? Dan seemed to act like it but perhaps she just slipped into a coma-like state like that other girl that Dan was with who Des visited?) was a surpriser… and it was sorta a disappointing one. Like, non-eventful (except we did learn a bit about her tie to the island) or exciting. I dunno, she’s never been one of my favorites but I do hope she didn’t die…

FM, that’s sad that they dumped the centric eps. :( I did enjoy them. Though I can understand their reasoning behind it. :erm: I dunno, I suppose to me it was more that that style of telling the story was, like, part of LOST in and of itself and not having the centric episodes or the flashbacks is almost as if it’s not even Lost anymore.

My brain! It exploded! Oh my gosh, Lost has been amazingly conufsingly AWESOME this season!

On Ben...
His outburst last episode was excellent. I had been waiting for him to defend himself and his whole attitude: either accept my help or kill me, but don't work with me and plot behind my back at the same time. Trust me or don't. And I thought it was a good message to the audience too, who goes back and forth between trusting and hating Ben every avaliable moment. (I think back to The Lie, where I was cheering for Hurley to leave Ben and then really upset when I decided Ben was actually good at the end.)
I don't know--for me, I think what Ben is doing is good, that is he is focused on some overall goal of helping the island, but as for the people her uses: Jack, Kate, etc., he does't really care about them. Just how he can use them. So they shouldn't really trust him and his actions aren't neccessarily "good", but he's working for the good cause.
I think.

On Kate and Aaron...
That stupid Mom Complex has got to go. I understand if she really thinks she's helping and protecting Aaron, but she's being utterly selfish. I like how Jack tells Carole that "everything we did we did for Aaron" when in reality Kate's reason was that she didn't want to lose anyone else. And what's with no one even acknowledging the fact that AARON ISN'T HER SON?! When Ben said that (!) Kate just looked shocked and offended...as if he hadn't spoken the obvious truth. Stupid Kate. Go...somewhere else, I'm sick of you.
***SPOILERS***
Has anyone else seen the sneak peeks for next episode? One shows an utterly defeated Kate coming to Jack and telling him she'll go with him to the island. When Jack asks where Aaron is she looks like she's going to cry and tells him ever to ask her about Aaron again.
Okay, WHAT happened to Aaron? I'm thrilled to see Kate separated from him but nothing better have happened to that kid!

On Daniel...
<3

On Charlotte...
DANG IT. She wasn't supposed to die this early! The writers said the reason they borught an anthropologist on the show was to discover some of the ancient cool stuff about the island. This is DUMB. I was expecting some good fur-toed-statue material out of her before she died!
Not to mention that her back story suddenly became fascinating with last season's finale and the idea that she was actually from the island. I was actually starting to like her. And poor Dan is all distraught now, too.
I guess I just didn't want to see her go. Though I should've seen it coming, what with the nosebleeds and all. But...it just seemed so obvious. Too obvious, that she would be the one to die.
Oh well.

On Danielle...
I was so excited to see her backstory, even if it totally blew to pieces my firm belief that Rousseau was a brainwahsed Other. Oops. I agree that the actress, while brilliant, didn't look much like older Rousseau. Oh well. The team's encounter with the smoke moster was EPIC, and their little jounrey to the underground temple has sparked a ton of sickness theories. I think the idea that some sort of brainwashing or possession by Jacob may be involved is pretty good. Which makes me think about Claire...she shared Robert's chill post-sickness demeanor. Maybe smokey did kill the whole team and then animated their bodies, like Christian? Who knows. But speaking of which...

On Christian and Locke...
Christian! In the frozen donkey wheel! Was not expecting that.
I loved the moment where he told Locke that HE was supposed to move it, not Ben. Genius. I had thought of that, last season.
As for Locke, the poor guy seems to actually not have this huge destiny as planned. I was utterly amused in Jughead when he told Richard that he was special...that explains why they were always trying to get him, why Ben felt threatened, everything! Locke was special...because he thought he was special. And he thought he was special because other people thought he was special, because he told them he was special.
This is insane! And I LOVE it, but at the same time I'm a little sad. I always liked Locke.
Anyway, he seems headed toward a sacrifice-the-island-demanded path. We'll see how that goes...
Also. I loved his line to Sawyer: Now what fun would that be?

On Jin...
JIN! I KNEW he was alive! :D Now, running into Danielle...that I did not expect. But interesting nonetheless. I loved his and Sawyer's reunion. Excellent. And telling Locke to tell Sun he was dead...wow. I can't wait to see what else happens with him.

On Sawyer and Juliet...
Aw, Sawyer. I love him more and more every season. His moment seeing Kate and Claire in The Little Prince was incredible, as are all of his moments with Juliet. I love the: "James. Go. Away." So amusing.
Sawyer!angst definitely puts pretty much every other angst (except Sayid, perhaps) to shame. I love it, but I love funny Sawyer too. "Thank you Lord! ...I take that back." was pretty much awesome.
(Speaking of that, who do you think was shooting at them?? I'm convinced that flash was to the future, well I think anyway...agg, I hope we get to see that scene from the other perspective.)
Bleh. But now both Juliet and Sawyer (and Miles) have nosebleeds. Nothing had better happen to them.
Also, I loved the little moment where Juliet thanked Locke, in contrast to those who show no gratitude to Ben. I don't know, at this point I think both she and Sawyer have accepted that they aren't going to get any answers out of Dan or Locke and they can't even figure out what side anyone is on anyway. I think they are the group the audience can identify most with, blindly hoping that what John is doing is for good, even though we really have no idea, but we're grateful for his sacrifice at any rate.
Also: It appears there's no Juliet/Sawyer romance blossoming, as was rumored. Hm. I really like the way they work together just as friends and while if a romance was done correctly I would probably enjoy it, I'm glad an unneccesary angle to the quadrangle in getting thrown aside if there isn't adequate time.

On Miles...
He's totally Pierre Chang's kid. Unfortunately. I thought everyone who was like "It must be Miles!" during the first episode was just trying to hard, but with Lost, there's apparently no such thing. It would make sense, anyway. I'm just sick of all of these random family connections.
UNLESS. What if they're not random. What if the freighter team was picked BECAUSE of their blood ties to the island? Naomi made a good point when she said to Abbadon that they all seemed like random picks, but Abbadon seemed convinced that they were the ones who needed to go back.
Daniel, it seems, is Ms. Hawking's son. Miles may be Pierre Chang's. We know Charlotte's parents were Dharma. What if they're all important second generation members of the Island Hierarchy?
dun dun DUN...

On Desmond and Penny...
OHMYGODTHEIRKID'SNAMEISCHARLIE. I wanted this to happen SO BADLY when I heard Penny was pregnant but I never thought the writers would cater to my emotional whims!
But they DID! And now we have little Charlie...
...awwwww.
Anyway, Desmond is totally failing at not getting entangled in this stuff. Not that that was much of a surprise. As Penny figured out, he's going to be drawn back into this stuff no matter what she does. (Apparently since he's the one exception to the rules...failsafe key, perhaps?) I just hope nothing too horrible happens to them, they really do deserve a happy ending!

ALSO: I seriosuly miss the centric episodes. I understand if flashes just don't work this season...and dear God, please no more flashbacks for old characters...but still, I enjoy having one character to focus on. It's just such a trademark of Lost, it feels weird without it.

(FULL to BURSTING with spoilers for the episode 316)

Let me just say that 316 was amazing! It was insane and awesome. I must admit Ben was my favorite part in the whole thing (shocker, right? lol)… he was mysterious throughout most of it, which I know isn’t really new, but still. I’m really wondering how he got so brutally beat up. Perhaps Sayid? Maybe he wanted to set Sayid up so Sayid would HAVE to be on that plane? Or maybe he tried to “fulfill his promise to an old friend” and kill Penny but Des found him first and beat him up? I don’t know. :erm: But one of my favorite scenes was when Jack asked him how he could read when they were on the plane and he was “because my mother taught me, Jack.”

Ben is getting simply better and better as this season goes along! :D Also I admit I went a little “squee” when I saw Ben rush in at the last minute to board the plane… :teehee: so I seriously hope he’ll be able to come back to the island. He seemed pretty excited about it… well, in his own Ben-ish way excited, you know? :P

In other news, Kate reached perhaps her all-time high in annoyingness. She was awful in that episode. :annoyed2: I totally agree with you, RA. Glad she doesn’t have Aaron anymore and yet I’m wondering WHERE IN THE WORLD DID SHE DUMP THE KID!?!?!?!

I was also sorta shocked by Sun’s selfishness. I mean, she’s leaving behind her little girl probably for good without another word? Not even a good bye? What’s up there? How will that make Jin feel?

Also, I’m wondering what exactly happened with Hurley and Sayid to get them to board the plane.

Haha, and we get a new Dharma station! W00t for the Lamp Post! It reminds me of Narnia actually… especially considering it’s the place where they were able to find their way back to the island through a window. Very Narnia-ish. :P

On Locke now. I am seriously interested in finding out more about what happened to him after his return. I mean his whole suicide thing got me going “huh?!” I dunno. There’s something mysterious going on here though.

Oh, cannot forget Desmond! What does the island still need him for?!?!

ALSO, I would like to take this time to announce that officially in this season Jack is the best he has ever been yet. all the other seasons he really got on my nerves... but this season he's actually be.... well, kinda cool. *shrugs*

And Lapidus is back! yay! I admit I almost didn't recognize him at first... :P but he was just awesome.

And on the Dharma suited Jin. Well, I’ve seen the whole Dharma thing and the main charries in the Dharma stuff coming for a while so it was no surprise (Gotta love spoilers  ) BUT I’m still super curious as to how they got in said suits. Perhaps the island is now stuck in the time where Dharma was at its height?

I am so happy because it seems as if the season 5 episodes have finally begun to pick up momentum and each episode, to me, is better than the last. :D

Wow...316 was...wow. Such an incredible episode, it was oddly amusing and felt a little out of place...but in a good way. So much stuff happened! And so soon.

[color=burlywood]Let me just say that 316 was amazing!

When he first left I thought "Oh no, he's going to kill Penny..." and though I didn't neccessarily enjoy the sight of Ben beat up, the possibility of a Desmond smack-down while defending Penny sounds pretty awesome. Though I would still love to see a Sayid/Ben showdown. Epic.

My thoughts exactly!!! Kate WAS ridiculously annoying, but when is she not? Ugh. What is up with not telling Jack? And what is up with Jack not even caring?! He's...ugh, well, I didn't like Jack much either.
Whatever.

That was my exact thought! I understand her wanting to reunite with Jin, but how can she agree to never seeing her daughter again? It's just...weird. And THEIR reunion is going to be interesting, considering Jin didn't even want it to happen!

I KNOW! I hope that gets explained. I'm pretty sure Ben is behind Sayid's arrest, and we know he's behind Hurley's current lack of arrest. But what would convince Hurley to come?
And why does he have a guitar?...which obviously makes me think of one person...
*tear*
Ghost time, hopefully? :)

I know, "The Lamp Post" was a total Narnia shout out. :D It was a pretty cool little room, but...Los Angeles? I don't know, it just seems so convenient. Since when is there a pocket of electromagnetic energy in LA?

I can't WAIT until next week...

Ugh, I feel so bad for Desmond! I want him to have his happy ending but it is so obvious the island (and the plotline) is pulling him back.
As Dan said, he's the only person who is 'special'; immune from course correcting. I'm sure the island wants to use that in some way.

Blergh. I still don't like Jack. I still find myself screaming at him for being a stupid idiot.
Often.
Like not asking Kate what happened to Aaron...and not opening the letter from John!! (I was so afraid it was going to be like: Ben killed me, don't listen to a thing he says, whatever you do, don't go back to the island. :P )
But seeing Jack become more faith-y has been pretty cool. It would just take a LOT for me to actually start liking him. ;)

LAPIDUS!!! I love him! I seriously squeed when I heard his voice, ahh, awesome! I hope he's back to stay. :D
He also had the best line of the entire episode. "We're not going to Guam, are we?"

Me too, I've known about the whole Dharma deal for a while so it was no surprise to me. I'm pretty sure that after John fixed the wheel everyone else got stuck in Dharmaland and they've been there for a couple years now. HOORAY.

Thank you! I've never been a Kate fan, but these last couple episodes I just wanted some one to punch her through a wall....well ok at least slap her.

Although I totally agree that Season 5 is amazing, I was really bored with this episode. The only thing I found interesting was Hawking explaining how the island was found. But I really can't wait for next week's episode :)

I am not excited enough right now, or remember enough, to speak on the full episode, but I will say that I loved the pendulum, and I want one. The idea that the island is constantly moving and its trajectory is based on a probability derived from a number of equations hit my heart. But, that is just because I really like math, science, and technical stuff. So, that part of the episode blew me away.

I have the same questions you guys have...
1. What happened to Aaron?
2. What did Ben do now?
3. Is John going to resurrect, or something?

Just the typical questions the writers want us to be asking, I presume.

Although, the idea with Sun's daughter was quite interesting. However, I do understand why she did that, even though we might not totally agree.

Also, doesn't Aaron have to go back to the island because he was a part of the original flight crew?
