[Perhaps to enhance the diversity I may throw in a Harad charrie. Do you think that will fit Goldy? ]

If you want to join, Henoluin, you're more than welcome
And Will, though a Harad charrie would admittedly be very cool, I'm not sure the Elves would give him a very friendly welcome? It's not every day you have a Harad, possibly allied to Sauron, coming to visit, and I wouldn't want your charrie to be the one everyone was mean and distrusting towards
Unless we can think of a cunning way to make him fit *strokes chin in villain-like manner* But I don't have any good ideas at the moment

[ Actually she would not be an ally of Sauron, but a fugitive of her people. ]

(*huggies Maeth* I'm glad I'm here too! )
(Thanks, Goldleaf! ) (*pins up charrie bio's*)
Nock Seagazer:
Age: 501
Race: Half-Elven
Home: Mirkwood
Family: A twin Brother (Bolt Starwatcher)
Personality: Stubborn and pigheaded, Nock is otherwise fun loving and merry. A people person, Nock constantly drives his more quiet twin crazy with his constant chatter and off-key singing.
Physical description: Tall and lithe, with long, auburn hair and green eyes. While he usually wears forest colors to best blend in with the trees of his Mirkwood home, he also enjoys dressing up in bright tunics for parties.
Weapons: Preferring to fight from the treetops, Nock takes great pride in his longbow. He also carried a short sword, and two throwing axes made by the dwarves in Erebor.
Bolt Starwatcher:
Age: 501
Race: Half-Elven
Home: Mirkwood
Family: A twin brother (Nock Seagazer)
Personality: Less stubborn and more reasonable than his brother, Bolt is the more quiet of the two. While still fun-loving and easy going, Bolt is often the one to hold Nock back when he starts getting too enthusiastic.
Physical description: The mirror image of his twin brother, the only difference between the two are Bolt’s eyes, which are blue rather than green. Dressing in the same dark clothes as his brother, Bolt also enjoys dressing brightly for parties and feasts.
Weapons: The same as Nock’s, with the exception of a small carving knife, used for hunting.

Name: Firyal
Race: Human, one of the Haradrim
Gender: Female
Age: 25
Appearance: Quite tall, dark tanned skin, raven black hair and brown almond formed eyes.
Weapons: a single dagger
History: Firyal is born to a Harad mother and a father with blood of the Black Numenoreans in his veins. She never knew her mother well as she died soon after Firyal's birth. They lived a nomadic way of life in a clan which moved from place to place where water could be found. So Firyal was left to be brought up by the other women of the clan as her older brother and father did not care for her. Firyal was taught to hate the Gondorians and Numenorians from young age, as the Haradrim had always been surpressed by them. Every Harad ought to hate everything of the lands above the river Harnen. Firyal though had always been curious about this unknown world and ever since the moment she had tried to learn the Common Tongue she was terrorised by her older brother and her father.
The clan wanted to respond to Sauron's call for forces as they believed that he would bring them to more prosperity. The clan moved north, to meet the other reinforcements. It was then that Firyal took her chance and escaped in the middle of the night to a world she did not know.
She followed the Anduin and rode north along the Mountains of Shadow and through the lands of Rhovanion. She met some travellers along her way but nevermore as all were frightened of her skin. Firyal's dwellings eventually led her over the High Pass to Rivendell where she was the first Haradrim to behold an Elf.

The two twins rode side by side trhough the valley, allowing their horses free reign along the path. Everything was quiet and they had not met a single person all day.
Neither of the brothers spoke much, words seeming out of place in the stillness. Both were thinking to themselves how lonely the valley seemed lately. Both Nock and Bolt had always loved coming to Rivendell in the past because it was so much happier than their own home in Mirkwood, being so far from the shadow of Dol Guldur and the ever growing threat of Mordor. But now it seemed a shadow had fallen of Rivendell as well. Many of the elves who once lived there had sailed from the Havens to the Undying lands, and it appeared that they had taken much of the joy and laughter that had once filled the woods with them.
"Maybe it is just the cold weather, and that is why no one is out and about today." Nock suggested hopefully.
"Perhaps." Bolt replied, though his tone was doubtful. "I suppose we will find out when we arrive." He said, pushing his horse to walk a little faster. "We will be there soon."

[ Are the Hobbits and Aragorn still to arrive at Rivendell? Or is Frodo already healed? Then I know how to bring my scruffy Ranger in ]

(-sheepish blush- Thanks, I'm happy you like it. I'm glad I didn't ruin his character. I'm gonna have him show up earlier than the rest as he probably needed a bit of healing considering his bout with Sauramon.)
Mordelwen was the greatest living oxymoron in all of Rivendell. Bright eyed, naive with a smile that could melt ice and a name that deemed her the opposite - she blamed family members for that, namely those who called her such for the sole reason that she was born of a woman that very well defined her name.
Her mother Maethoriel was pure, pure what seemed to be the debate amongst most. Although it was agreed that it was some form of metal. She was all angles, cold, calculating with a hint of shine that made her dangerously interesting - Maethoriel was the edge of a knife and the material that made it. However, her saving grace was in fact her child, who out of some twisted and deep seated affection had stayed suspiciously out of all harm's way. It took quite a few deals, string pulling and favors to get it done, but done it was and the woman was proud of the girl - that was impossible not to see.
This same child - now very grown woman - was seated in the infirmary of Rivendell at the side of a very injured wizard. Not injured to say in that he was completely broken, just hurt enough to warrant a stay in a medical room. He was called Gandalf, Olorin, Tharkun and so many other names that he could not remember them all. And at this time, said wizard was very embarrassed.
"Anarioniel," he spoke to the girl choosing to call her by the name given at her birth and not the one adopted by those around her. "I am quite able to move on my own, child," he said stiffly, while sitting up without much struggle.
"You need rest, Gandalf. Not some false half-sleep that you usually take, real rest. Now is as good a time as any to get it. Your friend will not be arriving for some time you said. At least look half-way alive for that. Are you not supposed to be his help?" The blue eyed girl demanded from her spot, it was her turn to watch the man and make sure he rested - orders from the Lord of Rivendell himself.
Gandalf's mouth pulled into a frown and he gave a small huff of annoyance. The girl had an annoying, but valid point. There would be no use in having Frodo worry more than he should. He chuckled a bit, the child who was so different than the rest of her family seemed to have retained their stubborn streak. Of course that would be his luck.
"Fine, fine," he conceded laying back while the girl's grin widened in satisfaction. "But only this last day. Elrond shall not be able to keep me off my feet for too much longer."
Mordelwen let out a laugh. "Of course not, Gandalf, but you can hardly blame your friend for trying."
Gandalf shook his head. "No, I suppose not. Although, I would be very grateful for some tea," he said while Mordelwen tilted her head and looked doubtful.
"I can get it to you if you promise not to move," she said.
It was his turn to laugh now. "And ignore orders to relax? I should think not."
Mordelwen frowned a bit not really believing the man, but she did not suppose she could refuse to get him a drink. "Fine. I shall get you tea," she said rising to her feet and making her way to the doorway. She paused and looked at him sternly. "But if I find you have preyed on my good nature, Gandalf I shall not be pleased."
The man shook his head. "Nay, I would not do such a thing to you, lest you get into too much trouble," he said truthfully watching as the girl nodded, satisfied with his answer and exited the room down the winding open halls outside the doorway.
