I love bittersweet/sad endings, though, so even though it was a really tragic ending, I still loved it.

I definitely want to watch it again--I'm gonna try to convince my mom to pay for my ticket this time, though. ^_^

I'm in love with Gambit. Wow, who'd have thought? ;)

But seriously, I saw the movie on the 29th and just Wow. We missed like, the first 5 minutes because we went to see when it was on and found it had just started. But yeah, Taylor rawks my sox. The only thing that would have made him better is if he had the proper accent and the red-on-black eyes, -sigh-. And I totally agree, Liev absolutely nailed the part of Sabretooth, much better than the guy from the 1st X-Men.

Taylor was very cool. :D

I bet movie-Gambit was totally kicking himself for interrupting Wolverine's ownage of Sabretooth...

Gambit getting an adamantium elbow in the mush made me LAWL. I guess I still had some of that anti-Gambit in my system *cough*
The red/black eyes didn't bother me. It made perfect sense for them to be normal till he started chargin up his kinetic energy. Also his accent was fine and not overblown like it was in the old TAS cartoons.

I have to give a shout out to Agent Zero. I absolutely LOVED him despite the massive change to his character and ignoring the whole Maverick part of his character out completely. Maybe I'm just biased because I want to have Daniel Henneys babies  But ahem...yeah he was great and his little moment to shine with his guns was all very John Woo and awesomecake with awesomechocolate sauce on top.

I was the sole person in the cinema to laugh when Gambit got the elbow. It was just soooo....perfect. ^_^

I thought that Agent Zero should have gotten more screentime...I was sad that he got killed so quickly. He was awesome. :D

Despite our cinema being quite full for an 11am preview screening, only me and my OH laughed at it. Then there was some death glares aimed at me during the Wade scenes as I couldn't stop laughing XD

I keep telling myself he's not dead....the crash has instigated memory loss and has burnt him so he has to start wearing his mask lol.
It's a good dream anyways

Lol, I get glares all the time in the cinema for laughing all the time. :P

I'm wondering how they'll bring Deadpool back to the level he is in the comics, instead of the uber-powerful person he is now. Again, a good dream. ^_^

The main theory is that his body will reject all the various powers that were given to him. Maybe keep the teleportation, cause he has that in the comics only the movie they'd be sort of natural and not a device. I long for a scene where he rips the blades out of his arms.

But, I don't see that as being a Deadpool-ish move--unless it's an act of defiance/rebellion, I can't picture him giving up an asset like that. o_O

They kind of left it open as a possibility that his body will reject it all, since he was activated before the recommended time....

I dunno, I would say it's totally within Wade's character to do something like rip the blades out. He is that sort of rebel.

The only other thing I would say is the body rejects everything except the healing factor and the blades sort of fall out.
The female Doctor made it perfectly clear to Stryker that as Weapon XI he was not ready for combat. The procedure was not complete, I think she used the word bonding but I can't remember now. So the failure of added mutations is the way to go.

Yeah, that's true--he is kind of a rebellious person. I seriously hope they don't botch his movie....though they did a fantastic job with Wade in XMOW....^_^

Yeah. I liked that doctor. She actually seemed to have marginal morals. :P

I wanted Dr Cornelius to be the focal point of the adamantium bonding process. That would have been awesome.

I'm pinning my hopes on Marvel Studios and Ryan being able to keep this thing on track lol If they don't put Wade in his trademark or as close to, costume. There's gonna be a riot.

They definitely need to put Wade in his trademark costume--it's just such a classic outfit. ^_^

Hahaha, that would be great. :D Though we wouldn't want to encourage more people to draw that way....

LOL I know. I like my comic characters to have feet and the women not to look like they'd snap if a strong breeze caught them the wrong way.

Did you hear that Bret Ratner may be directing a live action Youngblood movie
