well, its been fun watching this discussion between two of A-U wisest heads on the matter. Lets get Lord of All in on it and have him sort it out :P
But IM wondering, whose turn is it actually?

According to rules laid out at the start of this thread, if the next person to ask a question does not do so within 24 hours then anyone can take their place. BTW Darrell is correct, there are only 14 Valar (as Melkor is no longer counted among them) 7 males and 7 females.

Is anyone there? Ok, can I ask a question to make the game start again?
Which is the only spot of old Beleriand that remains even after the floading?
I hope my question is clear...

Ered Luin (Blue Mountains) and the land west of them, known as Lindon (Forlindon and Harlindon) is the only part of Beleriand the remains above the sea. Great question

Technically you can include the island of Himling (what was the Hill of Himring during the first age) as well. But essentially you are correct, so it's your question.

Well actually I knew my question could appeal many answers, the one you gave in fact which was not what I meant...
I meant Tol Morwen which remains right in the middle of Belegaer...
But since you're right yeah, that's you question now!

No idea because of the number of relations on Arargorn's side. But I guess that ultimately they are cousins. In a very distant fashion. A very very distant fashion.

Well, Aragorn descends from Elros who was Elrond's brother, who is Arwen's father.
So I guess they must be cousins but removed many generations or Arwen was his great-great-great.. grand aunt or something..

Ow, I see this thread has no question since a long time now...
I allow myself to ask a new question to make it start again, sorry if I'm rude...
What was the name of Finrod's beloved?

I agree, I'm glad this thread is alive again!
That was Amarië, a Vanyarin Elf, if I remember correctly... She stayed behind in the undying lands while Finrod went to Beleriand and became the King of Nargothrond.
