Oh Pip I'm so sorry to hear that. I can sympathize (to a miniscule degree at least) in saying that Shane left this morning for seven weeks to spend with his family in Hawaii. (I know- poor thing, huh?) But I'm so so so so sorry. *huggles*

Today was my last day of school so I'll definitely be around a whole lot more now. Sorry that things have been so crazy lately- I miss talking to you guys.

Not a whole lot else going on... just still having a hard time finding a summer job, and I have an unfair amount of summer homework.... But I am glad that summer is finally here.

Nothing new here....
Zenas is in Germany for a month, so I don't have to think about it anymore, which is nice. He still wants to be friends, and I do too, I just....need a break. so that's good.

tonight my small group at church is having a sleepover so i'm uber pumped! girls' night out! that'll be lots of fun

other than that, not much. not doing homework, which is sooo nice! of course, i HAVE hw over the summer, but that can wait...lol

So not too much new with me except one thing... I got to see the play Rent today! It was absolutely amazing. It's my favorite musical and it had two people from the original cast. I loved it.

It's been waaaay too long since I got on here!!
How are you guys??? I'm sorry it's been so long. Summer's just so crazy.
What've you guys been up to?

Not much here...I worked this camp for kids for three weeks. I taught music. It was fun slash frusturating. lol Kids are...well, kids. But I enjoyed myself overall. (plus I get paid!!! hehe) Got my wisdom teeth out about a week ago, and that hurt like you know what. *rubs face* But I'm better now. lol ummm...Zenas and I are friends again, and everything's good there. I'm madly in love with a guy named Jimmy who sings and acts and is beautiful. School starts on august 12th. and i'm soooooooo pumped about MY SENIOR YEAR!!!

to answer your question from like a month ago, Arwen, I'm looking at the University of Louisville right now....i wanna be a music education major, and theyre program is PHENOMONAL. Plus that's where my chorus director went, and I kinda really admire and respect him. lol

Hey, good to hear from you. Sorry I haven't been on in forever either, things have been crazy on this end too.

I can completely sympathize with you as far as kids go... I worked a camp with kids for two weeks, but in my case for theatre. It was totally crazy and had absurdly long days, but it all turned out ok. (But kids are definitely... kids. )

I'm glad to hear that about Zenas, and I want to hear more about this Jimmy. I'm still with Shane. He got back from Hawaii a couple weeks ago and things are still going really well... he has to leave to go to college in Portland in a few weeks though. I'm not sure how the whole long distance thing is going to turn out... but if anything, we're way too close to sever things completely so I know that if anything we'll stay really good friends. I guess we'll just have to take things as they come, but it sucks, because I'll miss him a lot.

(Sorry, looking back, that quite resembles a rant... )

That's cool about the University of Louisville, Pip... a music major would definitely suit you. I'm sorry about your wisdom teeth, that definitely sucks, I know how that is.

School starts for me on August thirteenth. I still have to read a few books before then... but I am pretty close to being done with my massive amount of summer homework. I'm also definitely very excited for senior year.

Oh my gosh, it's AMAZING.
I'm taking AP Music Theory, Music Tech, Adv Woman's Choir, Chorale, and Madrigals. hahaha five music classes. it's amazzzzing ^_^

Wow, I am really, really jealous of your schedule. That's awesome, and completely perfect for you. Let's see, I'm taking AP European History, Technical Theatre, a required theology class, a required PE class, and AP English. Tech theatre is amazing of course, and the PE class is just CPR since I'm of the not-so-much-athletically-inclined. AP English is pretty much impossible and has a really scary teacher but it's my favorite by far.

Shane and I are doing very well. I'll be sad when he leaves next week though. Thankfully I'm going out to visit one more college on the west coast soon and I'll get to see him then.

Wow, it's completely crazy to think that it's been that long... it seems so recent that I first found this website... and in other ways like I've known you guys forever.

Not a whole lot else new, I'm just exhausted after the first full week back... and so so SO grateful it's the weekend.

Things are good here. Jimmy and I are slowly becoming friends. He's an actor and was in The Complele Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) which, for the record, is absolutely HILARIOUS. anyways, I went and saw him in it & he was amazing & afterwards he gave me a hug and i'm still giddy about it. haha [/girlish stupidity]

I wonder where Jax has been...I hope everything's ok...

Nothing else that's really new here...just doin my thing, jammin to music & writing poetry. lol trying to get rid of a cold right now which sucks. I'll ttyl!

Oh no worries things have been crazy here too. Yeah I hope Jax is okay... it's been quite a while.

That's great about Jimmy. You have to keep me updated as things come. I've also seen the Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged as a one act and it is completely hilarious.

So things are basically the same with me, except I went to Portland earlier this weekend. I looked at Willamette University in Salem and absolutely loved it- I just got the feeling that it was the place for me. So I really really hope everything works out ok and I can get some scholarships or something to help pay for it. I also got to see Shane while I was out there. It was great to see him and just see how he was settling in, meet his roommate, etc.

Anyway not much else new. I've been busy with technical theatre everyday now in preparation for our fall play. And I hope you feel better, Pip!

Hey, I guess none of us have been on here for a really long time... How are you guys doing?

Hmmm I'm trying to think of what's been going on for the past two months...

Well I finished our school's fall play, The Matchmaker, which turned out pretty well. Shane came home for my birthday and for his fall break, and now Christmas break feels a very long way away.... I've just been busy with school and with theatre but otherwise not a lot new.
