Deria grinned. "I suppose you're right, at that. I mean, about 5 or 6 people dead, by diverse means, with confusing maybe-clues, and all however-many-there-are-of-us completely baffled and reduced to accusing each other on just random ideas with not much basis. Speaking of which we shall be leaving soon...and we still haven't figured out the killer! Kit knows all...but I wish she'd enlighten us sooner than later..."

The Horseman blushed furiously. It was one of those ocassions when he was glad he didn't have a head.
"Er.. thank you" he stammered. "I have never met anyone quite like you either" he said quietly. "You are so.. so sparkly.. and betwitching" he added even more quietly.

Deria thought privately that the Horseman needed more experience. And this was the perfect way to have it. Though she didn't know what was wrong with calling him The Horseman. Everyone did it. Algernon/Algie just made her think of that mouse...
