TT had a funny feeling last night. She felt like the guests might find her out. She felt she should not stay in the mansion any longer. It was like a premonition.
So, late Halloween night, TT stole out of the mansion. She left with reticence... as, well, she had hopes of claiming the mansion for her own. She had killed the hostess, afterall, and it was such a nice place. Still, the fear of being found out was overpowering.
TT snuck through the woods, and nearby town. Seeing as Kit, with the help of Eliza, had foiled her escape plans, TT had to find a travel agency... buy tickets to some remote Island in... Not the South Atlantic anymore? Perhaps the South Pacific? In any case... TT intended to be long gone before something insane happened, like a benevolent ghost ratting her out.
As the plane took off from the airport (there are int. airports everywhere. Even next to haunted mansions, nowadays) TT settled back in her seat and smiled to herself. She had murdered several people, including her hostess, and gotten safely away with it.
A job well done...

Deria frowned. "Where do you think TT went, anyway? She's bound to have heard the commotion already if she's still here. So she must have left already..." After doing some detective work that was actually fruitful, she returned with news of the plane that the murderer had taken, to an island somewhere. The news was not comforting. Now there was a serial killer out...loose in the world...

"Ooo," PD moaned. "I should... ummm... head for home, I guess... still need to get help for my stuck car... but... yeah." PD had a blank expression on her face. It had been too much. First TT and then all those genius clues. How was her poor brain suppose to handle all this?

Dana tripped over her own feet in eagerness to get to the main congregation of people and gasp, splutter and generally cry "I can't believe it was TT!"
Maybe she hadn't guessed the killer, but neither had anyone else. Except Maeve.
That made her feel marginally better.

Now that most everyone had expressed shock, Deria wondered what they were going to do. I mean, just walk out and leave with the threat of TT hounding them down at home? It was an awful thought. She just wanted to go to bed, actually...It had been an eventful Halloween.

Deria clung to PD (as had been done the other way around so often in HQ). She felt rather drained. "Yeah, I suppose. It's still horrible, though..." She thought a bit. "I guess we'll all start going now. Let's gather one last time in the wondrous kitchen of wonders..."

The sad remnants of many meals lay in the kitchen, but Deria scooped up a large, perfect apple, which made her feel much better. "That's more like it," she said, and grinned at PD.

"Hmmm," PD searched the kitchen for something munchy. "Ah-ha!" One last caramel apple was left. PD quickly snatched it up. "Hmmm, I think we should be scooting along soon. This mansion is extremely eerie when it's empty..."
