It's amusing because it's SO NOT LIKE that.
I also heard that Dean's gonna come upon someone from a one-night stand and she has a kid who reminds Dean of himself.

Oh my! I just love Supernatural. It's one of my favourite TV-shows. It's so much fun. Wincest^^ I know that they're just brothers but they're so much like an old married couple. I just love them. More Sam than Dean but they're both so cute. I hate the fact that I'm stuck here in Finland so it's not even sure that season three is going to come here. But then I'm just going to watch season one over and over again from DVD.

they did a good job with continuity from the season finale especially, although i heard ellen wouldnt be coming back this season. how does THAT work? sorry, anyways...
i love the boys. sigh. we're in the same boat, rdm. i'm pretty sure chinese cable isnt going to add supernatural to its programming any time soon. but the premiere is up on itunes for free right now! you should watch it. it's good

I'm sure it's really good but it's not on Finnish iTunes so I can't watch it. I wish I could but I can't

*revives thread*
So, a friend told me about Supernatural last summer, and I've been hooked ever since. (ok, this is sounding like an AA meeting -- Hi, my name's Mae, and I'm addicted to Supernatural? xD) I've been working my way though the DVDs, and watching S3 at the same time -- so I've seen all but the last 3 eps of S2, and the first 2 eps of S3. (chronological order? say wha? )
About the S3 finale --
I think bowtrunkle summed up my feelings about it pretty well -
"Seriously. I only make horrific and ridiculous jokes because I just do not know how to deal with Dean being alone in Hell terrified and screaming for Sam and Sam bawling his eyes out over Dean's bloody and mangled body all alone in suburban Indiana. OMG.
I. CAN. NOT. COPE. WITH. SEPARATED. BOYS. *does whatever one does when one cannot cope*
All I can say is thank heavens for Bobby. I feel slightly better knowing that he's across the street gazing helplessly through the sprinklers and green grass at the house where Sam is bawling his eyes out over Dean's bloody and mangled body all alone in suburban Indiana. OMG."
I seriously thought Bobby was gonna kick the bucket - I mean, he's been here for three seasons, which is about two seasons longer than anyone else ever has. (even Sam and Dean haven't really lasted more than two seasons (I'm sort of counting Dean's very-near death experience in IMToD here)) On the bright side, at least the S4 finale can't be any worse -- Kripke's officially run out of Winchesters to kill off.
On the slightly spoilery side, apparently there's going to be some surprising "new species of supernatural being" next season -- any guesses what it'll be?

^ Well, no one's used it since October, so it was probably on, like, page 50 or something. (I was lazy and just used the 'search' feature xD)
Heh... oops. Hope you didn't read that second paragraph, then... >.<

Of course unicorns are real, Dean. *shakes head* Hee. That would be awesome if it was. Although I'm pulling for faeries, myself. Seriously, could you imagine how much fun they [the writers] could have with that? I'd love to see them continue on with what they started in Bedtime Stories (and to some extent, TKAA). Findemaxerulisse wrote: so, season three finale? i dont wanna say much to spoil yall, but the last shot almost made me CRY. I did cry (a bit). Which is saying something -- no book, movie, or TV show has ever made me cry before. *shakes fist at Show* Findemaxerulisse wrote: and little kids are very freaky. seriously... poor family. Muahaha. keyodie wrote: And I can't believe they killed Bela, I liked her. Meh. I was always on the fence with her. I liked her character well enough, but I wish they'd connected her to the story more, and sooner than her last episode. I really liked Ruby, though. Can't wait to see more of her next season. ^^

Is it just me, or has Supernatural failed exponentially lately?
Quite frankly, I am so sick and tired of the angst.
Like, just the angst. Half of it isn't even serious issue angst. I'm just sick of these guys' faces being frozen in that hurt, injured, wounded puppy dog eyes expression.
For two guys who are terribly macho and you know, gun-ho, and let's go kill some monsters that go bump in the night and self-proclaimed allergic to chick flick moments.
THEY HAVE A LOT OF THEM.

Well...then again, considering the circumstances our boys are in. They have quite the right. Unlike, say, a personality-less pale "not pretty" girl from Arizona living in Forks, Washington.
Eye-candy and humour is still there so I don't mind

Maybe it's just the way they're doing the apocalypse storyline that really bothers me, because I just don't find this season to be nearly as good as the others, not even nearly. It's not even a fourth of what's good about the others and every episode finds some way to bother me, unless I'm actually looking for things to not like about it.
They keep repeating themes and storylines, especially with the Sam and Dean angst, I think they really need more characters to come in to be recurring characters, because I can't stand to watch a show that's all about their angst anymore. Yeah, you started the apocalypse, grow a pair and get to fixing the issue.
Also, why is Bobby in a wheelchair and disabled? He got stabbed in the gut. The gut, he's got a bit of a gut. There is no reason why that should make it handicapped. Dean's necklace is suddenly a godtracker, which btw, led to no where. And if they bring it up again, I will laugh because the idea is just a fail.
[tugs at her hair] I used to really love this show, I really did, but every Thursday just makes me want to cry.

It does have to tidy up a few loose ends, I will agree. The talisman thingy seemed like a rectal pull out of nowhere. Which is what a rectal pull is but never mind that. I do think the whole Bobby-handicapped was just another little weight on the Sam and Dean angst. There are a dozen of issues of which I will eventually agree with.
