Wow's a pretty decent investment if you have the money and well... self-control hehe. $15 a month is pretty good for a game like WoW. Hope you can play it sometime. =)

That was the issue for me too was the money. You play Flyff too!? XD That one is pretty cool. I'm more addicted to Shaiya though. I recently got into both games about a month ago. My friends play Flyff but they are never really online anymore.

Maybe when I get the money I might try WoW but I've always wanted to play Dark Age of Camelot more.

@ Haldir: That's quite a while. Characters like Shaman's are always good to raid with.

Because originally I was cross-speced and the gear I had actually matched, then my friends decided we needed a healer and I got volunteered. =P I'll dual-spec eventually, but until then I have DPS gear that I've just been chanting to Intellect and Spirit and whatnot.

I still don't have Lich King, but I'm hoping to get it before Cataclysm comes out and the level cap goes up again. At the moment I'm just working on my Alchemy until I get myself motivated to grind to 70.


As for other MMORPGs I've heard really good things about Aion and I'll prolly try it out eventually. The graphics are a lot better, and that's what got me into gaming in the first place.

I used to play *coughThanksHaldircough* but I'm wayyyy too poor and wayyyy too busy now.

And I'm sorta excited for Cataclysm myself, not really looking forward to them removing a ton of stats though, cause it'll dump pretty much all of my profs down the drain.
I'm leveling a DK tank right now, I started last week... she just hit 70 today. I've played melee dps, caster dps, 2 types of healers, but I've never tanked before so I thought it'd be awesome to try it out.

Eric: You should play again sometime! Go level in my server, I'll totally level another alt with you if you do. Hehe.

If you want to try another tanking toon, I'd definitely go Prot Pally. Not as easy to level as a DK, but less people will complain about it if you get queued to tank for them with the dungeon finder. Once I get my Druid to 70, I'll probably make an alt on your server and we can level together if you want. =P

True say, although our server's best tank is actually a DK funnily enough. I heard pally tanking is just faceroll, same as holy pallies... maybe I'll level one just cause everyone's got one and cause it's easier. Just for the heck of it hehe.
But ooh that'd be awesome, I wouldn't mind at all! Good incentive for me to level all the way from level 1.

That's actually sort of funny, DKs are really looked down on on my server because for the most part they're just kids wanting an easy-to-level OP toon to play with, and there are a TON of them floating around because they're the hot new thing, just like there will probably be a lot of Worgens and whatnot after the new expansion. Some of the better-known players all have pallies, I'm friends with a Holy-Prot and a Prot-Ret who are pretty cool, both are great tanks. I've only met a couple good DK tanks through dungeon finder, none on my server so far.

I'll let you know when I decide to make the new toon, it'll be fun =) It may be a little bit, though, because I'm on a time card right now and I only have until the 30th before it expires and I have to get another one. Hafta see how much money I have to spend on getting another one.
