Awesome. Thank you Kitoky.
I find a lot of good fanmade or fandubbed Sailor Moon. When I find a few I feel impulsed to share I will let you guys know. There are a lot of beautiful AMVs for Sailor Moon as well.
Thinking about it. One Sailor Moon dub I'm currently doing voices for (Sailor Pluto and Mistress 9), there was an interesting discussion about our feelings if the series being dubbed by a certain company. It might be an interesting topic to ask in here as well.
How would you feel if Disney obtained the rights to dub Sailor Moon instead of DiC or Cloverway? Would the ruin it or make it better?
My personal opinion on the matter is that Disney would have completely killed it. I'm sorry. Although at the time, DiC is a devision of the Disney corperation so I guess the already did dub it. I personally didn't like DiC's version of the seres (funny since the director I'm working under is transforming all the Sailor Moon series into DiC format. XD). I enjoyed it more when Cloverway got a hold of the project.

It really depends on who Disney would cast, Walt Disney did some really great dubs for Hayao Miyazaki's films, but films are quite different from a tv series. They had big names like Claire Danes, Christian Bale, Lauren Bacall, etc.
I don't know though, I've never been the greatest fan of dubbed animes, I much prefer to watch them in the original Japanese with subtitles, mainly because the dubbed voices are not amazing at all.
For example, Usagi's dubbed voice tends to drive people up walls and then through them.

That is very true about Hayao Miyazaki's films. They did a great job finding people for those. I didn't really enjoyed Sailor Moon dubbed as much as I did the original japanese version. Not to mention that they changed parts of the storyline way too much and it kind of killed it.
You are very right about Usagi's english voice, they made her so nasily and just... no. I loved what you said, "Usagi's dubbed voice tends to drive people up walls and then through them." Maybe it was because Usagi's maturity started coming through or the voice actress switch but I think Cloverway's voice actress for Sailor Moon, Linda Ballantyne, made her voice more bearable. Still doesn't top the JPN version but I though it was a little better. A lot of people prefer DiC's version of the series though.

The dinosaur episode _IS_ ridiculous but I never realized just how bizarre Kunzite's plans were. I mean, in any other situation, those plans would probably work pretty brilliantly, but rofl, she had a point in saying why ANY of the villains just search for a girl with RIDICULOUS HAIR lol.
Being that I haven't watched more than maybe three episodes of the Sailor Stars series, I'm curious about the Neptune/Uranus FAIL!PLAN.

I'm pretty sure die-hard fans like you guys probably already knew this but just in case anybody was interested, these 2 sites have basically all SM episodes available for download (both direct + bittorrent) in case anyone wanted to watch them. SailorMoonCenter in particular, has a streaming channel with all the episodes and specials, AND a few months ago they finished releasing what I think is the BEST rip of the Sailor Stars season out there, very good quality SMC is very accesible and easy to navigate, ans so is SailorMoonFanSubs, but you have to register to access the forums. Anyways, here's the links:
http://sailormoonfansubs.com
http://sailormooncenter.net
And yes, Sailor Moon is one of my many secret shames

Embrase your love for Sailor Moon! For it 'tis an awesome show and Manga.
I knew about SailorMoonCenter but I don't think I really ever found SailorMoonFanSubs. Thank you for that! It makes me a little sad that they don't have S season under the downloads section at SMC. It's one of my favourite seasons.
