Any particular colours you'd like? slight blue tinge
Any particular type of font you'd like? elvish common speak or something like it. (according to your taste)
Any particular picture(s)? I do not have one particular picture, but a picture of Legolas is required, along with a sea/shore background.
Other: I would like it to say, "...In the green fields of Lebennin in the wind from the sea..." I would like the words to be kinda... ghosty. But not particularly... Ack! Just do what you think would look good!  Oooh! And can you do that sort of star like stuff on there, not glitter, the more soft looking effect. Like *points up* Niresse's. HA!
 I must be simply infuriating to banners for! Sorry!

Any particular colours you'd like: white, silver - you don't have much choice with Minas Tirith, sigh.

Pictures: just something with Minas Tirith, maybe Aragorn.
Misc: an effect would be nice.
