sorry but you can't open a club without asking Kitoky(moderator of "Clubs").you should ask and get an answer than open or close this club.you can reach Kitoky at the top of the page,at "CLUB DIRECTORY"

You're going to have to indicate that this is a Dark Elves club though, Mahtan --- try to edit it and put Dark Elves in paranthesis or something, since I've already archived it as the Dark Elves club.
