Soooooo....
We discussed during the Hallowfest that we could do a similar type theme for Christmas. Not murders, but decorations going missing, presents popping up, etc. Ideas from people? In conjunction with other various Yuletide events? On its own? When, where, how long, aliases?

It would be fun to do some form of electronic gift exchange again.

Agreed! And that should be set up as soon as possible. I don't have a problem with running it this year.

My original idea for the Christmas party would have been a similar kind of roleplaying we have for the Hallowfest.
Discussing events from the past on Ea's thread, I'm not sure if a RP event would be a good idea around Christmas when so many people are busy enough and have trouble posting on AU, without having to try and keep up with a RP event. The Yule Ball I think, has been teaching us lessons.
Perhaps a New Year party would be better? People will hopefully have more time after Christmas.

I think a New Year party will be a much better plan. I, for one, usually spend my Christmas holidays with family and friends and I have hardly any time to come on AU. While the days after New Year usually tend to be quite boring and 'normal'. I think it would be a great plan to brighten up those dull January days with a after-New Year party.
