Calista gave Gareth a weak as he told her to rest just as her sister came in the room followed by Darius. Hearing that her room was ready, Calista gave Rosalina an apprecitative smile. "Thank you, Ro," she whispered. "I'm sorry, you had to work so hard on my behalf," she added softly.
"What else is new?" Darius muttered under his breath, still angry at Calista over everything.

Wrapping her arms around Rosalina, Calista returned her younger sister's hug. "You truly are the best sister I could ever have asked for," Calista whispered to her.

Smiling at both Rosalina and Gareth, Calista tried to stand on her own power. Yet her legs were still weak and buckled beneath her, causing her to fall.

Hearing her sister gasp, Calista just averted her gaze and felt her face flush, embarrassed that she could not even seem to stand on her own. "Thank you," she whispered to Gareth as she gave him a grateful smile, though she was still a bit embarrassed that he needed to keep rescuing her.

Shaking his head, Darius could not help but feel his impatience with Calista grow, seeing her nothing more as a mere damsel in distress.

Sighing to himself in frustration, Darius just turned to Rosalina. "No, you just take it easy and I'll clean up your sister's mess," he remarked as he glanced at the dried blood on the floor. Yet, despite his strong animosity toward the young woman, he had to grudgingly admit that she did a good job in removing all the dust and dirt from Rosalina's room---though he still refused to acknowledge the fact that her latest asthma attack occurred because she wanted to try and make the place livable for them all.

Utterly frustrated by her own weakness, Calista merely sighed a bit sadly as she rested against Gareth. "I'm sorry that you are forced to care for me as some helpless child," she whispered, wishing that could help the group more.

"Yes, I'm sure. You shouldn't have to be doing all of this cleaning," Darius muttered before he left the room a few minutes to grab cleaning supplies. Once he returned he set down the water and the old rag and started to scrub at Calista's dry blood on Rosalina's floor, thinking that the elder sister was more troublesome than ever.

Sighing softly, Calista just rested her head against Gareth's shoulder. She still felt like an invalid, but was far too tired to argue with the mage again. "Thank you for helping me," she whispered instead.

Blushing slightly when Gareth called her lovely lady, Calista smiled up at him as he laid her on the bed gently. "I will always be in your debt noble one," Calista whispered softly as she breathed a soft sigh of contentment.
