All I really know is country, but here ya'll are. I hope this works right...ha! figured it out! Kenny Chesney's "Summertime"
Jake Owen's "Barefoot Blue Jean Night"
and my country man Luke Bryan singing "Rain Is A Good Thing"
Ah summer...the return of the thunderstorms, the freshest produce at the market, green farm fields, ridin around with the windows down, fishing! oh the fishing! i love summer!
To be honest, I don't listen to a lot of summer songs or summer-themed songs.
@Aerlinn: Oh...Jonsi. Amusingly enough it was that album that caused me to lose interest in not only Jonsi himself but Sigur Ros as well. I don't know why.

Since it's winter here, can't say I know what 2011 summer hits would be. Going by it being 'Summer' last January, I was listening toLords of Wong ~ Re-entry(Its the third song on their player).
Summers past have their hits as well... some I remember offhand...

Well, I feel rather...jumpy this summer. While I was browsing some videos on YouTube I accidentally bumped into these guys - Italobrothers. Their songs are quite catchy and since I'm in a jumpy mood I liked them. I'm not usually into that kind of music, but oh well, I'll make an exception this time.
Also I'm still in hold of Epica's concert, which took place in Sofia in March. Really good concert, I was charmed by the band's attitude to it's fans. Anyway, here are some of my favourite songs from their last album.
And at the end - one of my favourite old bands, Omega and their epic song "Girl With The Pearl's Hair" Original version:
