@ Estelio -- I don't think your banner looks bad at all, love! And I commend you greatly on entering a contest with so many veteran graphic artists! I didn't enter a contest until someone convinced me too, because I was so afraid that my graphics would never stack up; it is that first leap that truly makes a difference! I hope to see more of your work.

Awww, thanks Turwaithiel Rochben! i've got to hand it to myself, it was my first attempt in making a banner, so it's not that bad. it doesn't help that i still don't know how to work the software still, but i'm practising, and getting better!
