As Niko woke, he turned and saw a welcome sight. Ale and what looked to be a meal for him.
He looked to Nienna, ''Did you do all this for me?'' he smiled gratefully, she took good care of him.
Niko proceeded to eat and drink, until neither any of the ale nor the food remained. He lay back down and sighed happily.
He reached his hand for Nienna.
''Love, come join me''

She sat on the edge of the bed and held his hand, stroking it with her thumb. She couldn't believe they were finally safe. "If you need more rest love, go ahead." she brushed his hair off his forehead, as she loved doing. She knew the combination of ale and food might make him fall asleep again. "If not," she reached over and picked up the green tunic and black pants, "Here are some fresh clothes." she set them back on the chair.

He decided he would sleep later. They were safe now after all so he had all the time he needed. Leaving the bed he change his clothes before sitting back down and giving Nienna a kiss.
Niko had no wish to leave the house, it was comfortable and safe. He had all he needed there.

She smiled at him. "Are you sure you don't want to rest more?" she admired him in his elven style dress. She took in a deep breath and closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling of peace. She could live there, with him. And then they would have a...her lips parted slightly as she felt a pang of longing shoot through her. And then they would have a baby. She opened her eyes Abd stared at her one hand that was in her lap. What if she couldn't bear children, after what had happened? She shook her head at herself. She needed to stop this. She looked up at Niko and smiled "Is there anything I can do for you or get you, sweetheart?" she squeezed his hand as she spoke.

He put his hand to hers. smiling.
''No, love. You have already made me a meal, which I thank you for. I am content,all I ask of you is your company'' He brought her hand to his lips.
They had been through so much, and now for the moment they were free and safe to do as they pleased.

She smiled at him and squeezed his hand again. "Aye." she nodded. "Le melon." she looked out the window again, glad. This was amazing, and she could easily make her home there. "This is beautiful."

''Le melon, angel.''
He moved closer to her, pleased to see her happy. That was something that he valued above all else, her happiness.
''Yes, it is very beautiful'' while he spoke his eyes did not leave her face. He felt comfortable, the both of them together, safe in their home, without a worry or care.

She laid down and pulled him down with her, snuggling close to him. She was suddenly sorry he had gotten dressed. She giggled to herself before kissing him and getting up to change her own clothes. She peeled her tunic off, her back to Niko. She looked at it, just now realizing how gross it looked. She wrinkled her nose at it as she looked.

Niko lay there watching her change with a smirk on his face. He reached over and grabbed some ale from his things and drank deeply, enjoying the taste.
''Care for some ale?'' he asked her with a smile on his face.

She clutched the tunic to her chest before turning, her cheeks red. "No! I...I...I mean no thanks!" she hurriedly slipped behind the changing curtain, her bare arm sneaking around the edge to find the chair she had placed her dress on. She couldn't find it, and peeked out from behind the curtain, only her eyes were visible. The chair was out of her reach. She looked from him to the chair.

His smirk got bigger as he noticed her predicament. He just sat there for a moment deciding whether he should help her or not.
Niko stood up and picked up the dress and gave her a grin before tossing it on the bed and laying down next to it.
He folded his hands behind his head and smirked at her.
''It is here if you want it. If not I do not mind you not wearing clothes''

She growled behind the curtain and sent him a mock glare before disappearing behind the curtain again. She reamerged with her tunic and pants back on, and walked to the bed and leaned over him to reach for the dress. "That was cruel, and quite heartless!" she exclaimed

His laughter turned into a groan as she emerged from behind the curtain fully clothed.
As she reached for the dress he beat her to it and held it from her reach.
''That wasn't what I had in mind''
He grinned at her, amused.

She stared at him open mouthed, then lunged for her dress. "Ypu imp!" she managed falling on top of him. "aha!" she had a small piece of the dress in her hand, just the very edge of it.

He wrapped his arms around her waist before rolling her over away from the dress. He now lay on top of her.
''It seems we are at an impass. It would be a shame for your current clothes to dirty the bed.'' He gave her a light kiss before rolling off her and picking up the dress as he lay watching her expectantly.

She mock glared again "An impass. Right." she suddenly spotted the dresser, and ran towards it. She threw open the doors and there were dresses hanging inside. She turned and smirked at him before reaching for a plain brown one.
