I love Dr. Who! Sadly though, I cannot get BBC, and so I've only seen most of season 5 and all of season 1. My friend has season 2 so I can borrow it from her, but it's still annoying not being able to watch them all.

I did! I almost watched it twice, but my brother stole the TV from me right before they were going to do the second showing, and we only have one TV that gets BBC America. So I went into the next room and watched some of the Merlin marathon on SyFy instead. :P

I LOVED IT! It made me cry, both happy tears and sad tears. I loved the ending most of all. <3

There was a channel that played season 6 as a marathon on Christmas day concluding with the new Christmas specail, then a marathon of all the specails! *fan girl flail*

Anyways, I saw it and loved it! Any one else squeal when they saw that Amy and Rory's house is painted TARDIS blue?

You bet I did! The bluest blue ever!

Really, I loved that whole entire ending scene, but I don't want to post any spoilers for people who hadn't seen it yet. I really liked the characterization of Madge and her children, BTW. I think both Lily and Cyril (sp?) could have the potential to be really good companions once they're older.

(Oh, and if all I need to do to get the Doctor to show up on my doorstep is make a wish, I'm going to be wishing a whole lot more often!)

I still haven't made up my mind about the latest special. Whenever I think back, I remember things I liked, but while I was watching it I felt it was lacking something, even if I couldn't say what. I think the problem is that last year's was so amazing. The Amy and Rory scene at the last of this one made me cry a little though :teehee:

Haha, I loved the squirt gun. :D I absolutely loved Madge, too. She was great. :)

Well, we know from Night Terrors that he answers the prayers of small children. :)

So, basically I spent 20 years of my life not knowing a single thing about Doctor Who (except that it was some sort of science-fiction and therefore not really my thing), until Anameleth convinced me very subtle (something along the line of "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?") to start watching it.

And she was totally right: It's amazing! So now, after 20 Who-less years, I'm severely addicted and hoping to join the Fanclub, after all this time :)
