Les Miserables (the 2012 version) I used to think that the 1998 version was hard to compete with, but when seeing this movie you just need to realise that it's a completely different adaption. The cast was brilliant but there was a bit too much singing for my taste, which was the reason that I disliked it at first (after leaving the cinema). But after listening to the songs again at home and letting it sink in, I believe that I can appreciate it much better and I might even want to see it again in the cinema.  _________________

Finally got annoyed with not knowing what people are talking about when they are discussing Star Wars.... so I watched them. (the original trilogy, anyway) Um. Yeah, people who think it's better than LotR, are you insane? O_o Sure, they're good... but wow, some of the dialogue and acting is just pathetic. (honestly I couldn't care less about the quality of the special effects, it's an older movie. so. yeah.)  Now I'm gonna watch the prequel trilogy... legally... since we actually have them. XD I've heard they're not that great... hmm. If they're worse than the originals I probably won't be too impressed. o.o
