"We're just going to help them, what bad are we doing?" Ithilwen said, looking over her shoulder at Nostariel. She knocked softly on a barrel. "What?" a muffled voice said. She took her knife and opened the barrel. A familiar dark-haired dwarf popped out. "Bilbo..." he started, but when he saw Ithilwen he stared open-mouthed at her.

Ithilwen smiled sheepishly. "Hi," she said. "What's your name?"
The dwarf opened his mouth to speak but then an older dwarf walked up from behind him. "Kili! Stop it and get out of there. You over there! Get away from my nephew!" Ithilwen looked at the older dwarf, shocked, and backed away. "I- I was only trying to help..." she stammered.

"Don't say that, Eldaria, it's implying that it's all their fault," Ithilwen whispered. The older dwarf ran up to his nephew and grabbed him by the shoulder. "Come ON, Kili," he said, in between clenched teeth (is this right? I dunno  ). "Wait," Kili said, pushing his uncle's hand away. He stepped forward and opened his mouth to speak. Ithilwen took a deep breath and braced herself for what the dwarf was going to say.

Another dwarf ran up to Kili. "Come ON, Kili. Don't waste your time hanging around with a bunch of random elves! Girl elves, especially," the dwarf said teasingly. "Stop it! He was going to say something," Ithilwen yelled. "He's right, I have to go," Kili said. He turned to leave. "I'm Ithilwen by the way," Ithilwen called after him as he ran off. "See you around?" she said, half to herself.

"He wanted to stay out of this, remember?" Ithilwen said, sighing. She wished her brother was there. "But let's go. We have to watch them just in case they do something wrong or get hurt. We can't let that happen to them!" (Is it okay if we get caught by Thranduil in Laketown and we sneak out to see the dwarves when the Mirkwood elves go to Erebor before the Battle of Five Armies? That would be cool  )
