Jack looked over at Florence, thought for a second and reached down to retrieve his compass. He held it up in the sun, for the shade was covering it, and took a look at it. His eyebrows frowned, "North...." His eyes shifted side to side, then back at the compass, "I hope." He said quietly.

Portia sat up on the railing of the ship, and started cleaning her pistol off with a rag. She breathed on it, and then rubbed it off with her arm. She smiled, and then aimed it at various objects on the ship, just seeing if the aimer was still good. She started twirling it on her fingers, and watched Jack the whole time.

"Are yeh sure?" Floence asked her eye on the compass. "Hey, Portia old gal, bome over 'ere!" her voice was ruff and harsh, a totally different voice than the one she had used with Jack.

Jack cringed as Florence yelled pretty close to his ear. He stuck a finger in his ear after she was done, and moved it around, almost looking as if a candle of wax would pop out soon enough. He finally replied back to her and said, "I'm always right love!" He slammed the compass shut.

Jack rolled his dark eyes and nodded his head, not caring to look at her, "Aye, I am." He tried to stand tall and proud, even though the waves were starting to get a bit violent.

Portia quickly raised her head up, when she heard Florence mention Island of Curses. She put her gun away, and slowly walked over toward her and Jack again. She raised an eyebrow. "How do ya knew where it be?" She folded her arms.

Jack stood in the middle of the girls looking back and forth as they talked. He decided to take a step back and let them deal with the matter.
All of a sudden, some thunder was heard, and rain drops started falling from the dark sky above, as mean clouds rolled in, hiding the sun. Jack looked up with a face of unhappiness.
