I finally saw Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens, and all I can say is WOW! And not once did it seem "Disneyfied". It felt like Star Wars to me (I've seen all the movies except for Episodes II and III, but since The Force Awakens is set after the original trilogy, it didn't seem to matter much). It was nice to see some familiar faces (Han, Chewbacca, Leia and the droids, C-3PO and R2-D2) as well as some newcomers. I'm curious as to Rey's history and what exactly made Kylo Ren fall to the Dark Side, so I'm looking forward to the rest of the new trilogy. Saw it in 3D on Christmas Day and am planning on seeing it for a second time on New Year's Day (luckily, I got a Cineplex gift card for Christmas, just like I did last year that I used on BoFA). _________________

That awful "new" (if by new you mean almost exact replica of episode iv except so much worse I feel like throwing up a bit in my mouth) Star Wars film.
