Patronus: prolly a stag as well.
Appearance: hazel eyes, glasses, with dark hair that was, more often than not, untidy and somewhat wind-ruffled.
Info: Bold, and even a bit cocky, James Potter is one of the four infamous Marauders and therefore given the title of rulebreaker and troublemaker; a title he and the others seem quite proud of. Gryffindor chaser, and later given the role of Head Boy, he is also known to keep his eye on one Lily Evans. Owns an invisibility cloak and helped create the Marauder's Map in the last two years he and the Marauders were at Hogwarts. Accomplished the task of being an animagus in his 5th year for one of his best friends, Remus Lupin.

James glanced over his shoulder, just as he was sending off an owl back home. Nothing unusual in the letter. Well. If you could count him not telling dear ol' Mum and Dad about the recent hexing of Snivellus last week anything short of unusual. Not like he got caught for it. Some freak accident in the dungeons, really. Besides, that taunting was really getting rather annoying.
His face broke into a broad grin.
"Cheers, Padfoot, Danielle. You two doing alright?"

(Ugh, that is SO what I get for chatting with my classmate - whose name, ironically, is Michelle - while RPing. *headdesk*)
"Of course I'm not doing detention!" James replied, feigning mock insult. "Would you really think someone like me would earn detention over something like last week?" He grinned devilishly, adding, "I'm much too clever for that."
Brushing off his robes of any stray owl feathers (there were none) and dirt (nonexistant), the 16-year-old Marauder leant casually against the stone wall, running a hand carelessly through his already ruffled hair. "Hogsmeade? This weekend, right? 'Course I'll come. A weekend with Evans is much better than with studies, I assure you."
