What tips do you have for writing an effective resume? I've written many resumes, but I very rarely get a response, I think I'm doing something wrong.

One tip is to tailor your resume to each specific job. Emphasize your most relevant skills and experience to attract the employer's attention. Also, remember to check your resume for grammatical and spelling errors. You also need to pay attention to the design of your resume, because many people just write solid text and employers just don't look at such resumes. Free ATS Resume Templates In Google Docs should help you stand out from other people this will give you a better chance of getting a response.

Use actual results and achievements in describing your work experience. This will help employers better assess your potential. And don't forget about the structure of your resume: divide your information clearly into blocks and use punctuation for better readability.

If you've held any jobs before (including internships), your experiences section is the place to put them. Focus heavily on this part of the experience, as this is one of the first places a hiring manager looks at your resume.
