The faun looked at the child with a tilt of the head as she shivered. He then bowed low to her out of mannerism saying, "Daughter of Eve, from the far land of Spare..Oom and Ward..drobe, where eternal summer reigns.." He stood back up to his natural height and smiled looking quite jolly saying, "How would you like to have tea with me?"

Mr. Tumnus was delighted when she agreed to come with him. He popped open his umbrella and wrapped his red scarf around his neck for a warmer feeling. He held her tight as he pranced through the snow, until a small house could be seen in the distance.

When Lucy entered the little house which was really more of a cave. She saw many books, and things she never thought she would see. A aroma filled the place of different foods. They all smelled delicious.
"You have such a cozy house, Mr. Tumus." She said politely.

Mr. Tumnus removed his scarf and put it aside. He walked to the table and took a seat. He heard Lucy's comment and his cheeks rose to a smile, "Thankyou, thankyou." His eyes drifted away, then came back to hers, "Come, come and eat." He nodded towards the delicious food.

Lucy sat down and took the food he offered her politely it tasted good. She smiled and sipped her tea. Soon she felt no longer nervous around him. "So what is it like living in Narnia, Mr. Tumus?" She asked him. She was very curious about the land she was now in.

Mr. Tumnus stared quite strangely at her with his eyes. He blinked a few times and said, "Oh, fine..just fine." He then got up and walked over to the mantle. He picked up a flute that was set on it, and he smiled to Lucy for a moment before he started to play a nice, dandy short tune.
