I gotta say though, I think Angel looks amazing. If you've seen Punisher then Ben Foster was the guy that played Spacker Dave (the guy in the apartments with the piercings), so to go from that to Warren Worthington III is a fantastic transformation. He looks fiiiiiiiineee.

And Kelsey Grammar as Beast. Wow...you can barely tell who it is under the prosthetics. He looks fantastic, I can't wait to hear him say "Oh my stars and garters" Ownage.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how they handle the Phoenix force manifestation. Dark Phoenix *gets giddy*

Fox secured a tv spot for the Superbowl, so there's more to come. Plus a full trailer in Feb/March.

May is so far away...I need more to salivate over.

I really didnt see who Angle was in the teaser trailer then i went to xmen3themovie.com and saw his promtional picture and its that guy!! And i was like OMG! But yeah i saw the Punisher that was an excellent movie BTW.

I new THat Jean was going to come back. Something about being a phoneix and flying away something..But i know she cames back!! WHAAhh


At least they didnt replace any characters. I hate it when they do that in movies. I am just glad they didnt replace Magneto or wolverine or Cycoplys

I'm not fond of actor changes either. When it was looking like Halle wasn't going to come back. I'd rather they wrote Storm out. Same when Alan Cumming was confirmed not to return as Nightcrawler. I don't want another actor playing the role he did so well.

Ah I forgot to mention in my big plus points.
The Danger Room!! Finally after so long waiting on it. We finally get it.
The Danger Room and the Fastball Special. It's the stuff fan-boys and girls' dreams are made of.


P.S Yeah The Punisher was an excellent movie. Thomas Jane rocked as Frank Castle. Looking forward to Punisher 2.

It looks like it will be. Thomas Jane would only have agreed to do it if it was looking to be decent.
I think they may be setting it in New York, where Punisher is best suited too.
So long as it follows the same line of thinking as the first. Loads of guns, weapons and ultra-violence.

Oh I agree. Thomas Jane is gorgeous. Nice and rugged.

I've just developed a bit of a fascination with Ben Foster as Angel.
His transformation as Warren has been brilliant. He looks like his comic book counterpart.

Wohooo!!!!!! I've seen this trailer about a thousand times, I've even screencapped it!!! GOD I CAN'T WAIT TILL MAY!!! I've been a die-hard X-men fan for ages and this trailer looks amazing! More so, it looks like that spoiler script that went around wasn't that far off from the truth, since a lot of scenes coincede. Beast looked awesome, and thank God you can't tell its Kelsey Grammer under that, cuz that worried me a little bit. There seems to be a lot more Storm action with her in seemingly aerial action, with her trademark flight and whirlwind kicks!!! AND FASTBALL SPECIAL!!!! That's classic, just classic. There's just soooo much to comment on, isn't there??? Don't get me started on Jean Grey!!!! She looks awesome and she's gone bad (DUN-DUN-DUN). *sighs*

Ok, so let's a pick an interesting spot in the trailer to start with, the funeral service. Ok, so this movie starts a few months later, maybe a couple of years? (not likely) from when x-2 ended. So even though there's a possibility it's J. Grey's service, I'm thinking it's someone else's, seeing as how it was rumored that Cyclops Prof. X could bite the dust. Who dies???? What do u guys think?

I don't think its a funeral at all. I'm still convinced it's at the beginning of the movie and it's a memorial service for Jean. Seeing as they had no body to bury, they remember her with a service. Cyclops isn't there because he's at Alkali Lake, the memorial proving to be a bit too much for ol' Slim. Wolverine goes looking for him to bring him back...that's why he's at Alkali Lake and not the service. As for Professor Xavier...I think he's behind Storm on the camera side, possibly waiting to make his own speech about Jean. She was after all like a daughter too him.

Now...this is all just my speculation and come May I could be in for a horrible disappointment as Scott Summers gets evaporated by Phoenix as was read in the rough draft script leak.

I really hope not...if they intend to do anything at all vaguely resembling Phoenix/Dark Phoenix. Scott NEEDS to live. He's the one that pulls her back from the brink with the love and bond that they share with one another. To kill him off would be needless and wasteful to the overall story. I still think there's more than meets the eye with this movie. More they just aren't telling us. Just because you only see brief clips of Cyclops in the teaser doesn't automatically mean he's going to die. Zakk Penn and Simon Kinberg and a few other people involved with making this movie know the reactions to that rough draft..and it WAS a rough draft. That they'd be foolish to go the same way.

I'm looking forward to loads of surprises and fan-girl moments in May.

See that's what I'm hoping for too, and killing off Cyclops would throw away the Dark Phoenix element. What do you think will happen to Mystique? Do you really think they'll de-power her?
