Jack looked at her sword with a tired look. He was in no mood for a fight. He rolled his eyes at her again and said, "Not now Vari, and put that down!" He knocked her sword away from him and started to walk up to the counter to ask for a meal.

Jack came back with a warm hearty meal and set it on the dirty wooden table. He picked up a piece of bread with a knife, and started taking big bites out of it, as he leaned back in the chair, and rested his feet on the table.

Jack looked surpised as a sudden hug came from Vari. He then lightly pushed her away and said in a rough voice as his mouth was still full of bread, "Aye, just don't pull it again..savvy?" He was hard to understand with his mouth full.
