Mystique? You know I'm not sure. I've read the rumours that she will be and that Magneto turns his back on her. But from the storyboard pics I've seen, it appears she doesn't choose to have the cure injected into her. It seems she's being forced down. So who knows if they are succesful in that or not.
I think it'll have some interesting developments, regardless of what her fate may be.

Seems just this past year or two my love for Phoenix as just grown and grown. I was always a huge...HUGE Nightcrawler fan. But I like all of them. Even Gambit

Speaking of which. Did you read that Josh Holloway was up for the role of Gambit, but turned it down? Shame really. I think he'd make an excellent Remy.

Josh Holloway...man why would he turn that down..he would be a cutty Gambit.,.I hear that they wont be putting in Gambit for the story..but i dotn know..I think the funeral is the service thing for Jean also..and that it would be stupid to kill him off..

Nope. No Gambit.
From what I've been led to believe he was written into the script but it was deemed to small and insignificant a part. So rather than have him in a non-descript role, nothing more than a glorified cameo. They wrote the part out.
Then the news that Josh Holloway was offered the role and that they cut it because he turned it down.

There is so much speculation and conjecture that no-one truly knows what's going on with or in the movie.
I agree though, Josh would have made a most excellent Gambit. He can portray that level of cockiness and arrogance but make it an appealing quality.

I did know about Josh turning down Gambit but I heard they were planning on a lot of "anonymous" cameos in the final showdown so we might get a peek at the Cajun after all *crosses fingers*

About Callisto and Juggernaut.... I guess I'll have to wait until I see the movie before I can tell. I really didn't like what they did to some bad guys, reducing them to brainless lackeys. For Toad that worked, Sabertooth so-so, but Deathstrike really dissapointed me, she almost didn't even talk! They look cool though and they brought back Pyro which is awesome, and with Jean in the new Brotherhood its bound to be colossal showdown!!!!

There's Juggernaut, Callisto, Pyro, and Jean. But any idea who the asia guy could be? And then there's the black-haired fella who I have no idea and the other girl (or guy, its kinda hard to tell)

I know the guy with the black hair is supposed to be Jamie Madrox. The Asian guy...no-ones really sure.
Everyone from Sunfire to Silver Samurai to just a random non-named mutant. But he seems fairly prominent in the teaser and from the storyboards that Avi Arad showed on the FF dvd extras. My guess is Sunfire.
I think him providing the flames for Pyro will be immense and powerful visually.

The androgynous looking one at the back is Stacy-X.


I kinda like Jean going off with the Brotherhood. Seeing as there's no Hellfire Club, Shi'Ar or M'Krann crystal. This is a nice solution.

finally..........they give magneto an army. nice expansion from the original brotherhood. i like magneto, reminds me of myself. and ian mckellen is plays such a good magneto

Yeah, the guy with the helmet is definetly Cain Marko. I think he looks okay. Much better than I was expecting to be honest. It seems to be a cross between his Ultimate look and his normal look. Which I quite like. All we can hope now is that Vinnie Jones can pull off the character.



Thanks, I appreciate the compliment. It was a higher res version of the first Angel pic that appeared online. Just tinkered about with colours, borders and added text. Nothing complicated, I'm nowhere near that good.
