Do you find it odd, that when counting down the days it seems to go by extremely slow, but when you're not counting down the days, it arrives faster then expected?...

not really. i find that it's gone very quickly with my daily countdown. it doesn't seem that long ago that i started it at 356, and now i'm all the way down to 236! i've been counting down for exactly 120 days so i just keep it in perspective that we're already 1/3 of the way there

This is going to be the official Pirates of the Caribbean 2 thread, since it has the most posts for the general movie.

I saw a preview for it when watching the Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.

Oh yes, that was awesome! I already saw Narnia once, and I'm seeing it again tomorrow. Half the excitement for me is getting to see the trailer again! Only 205 more days!

I'm going next Monday, I finally have a break off of work to go see Narnia. Can't wait to see the trailer though! I'm more excited to see that then the movie! Ha ha!

I know, seriously, Pip. BlueEyedGirl4God and hermioneismytwin can attest to my personal excitement at the trailer. In fact, it was # 1 in my list of 5 reasons I wanted to see Narnia (yes, I made a list)

Trailer up already? Gosh, I must see it! I'm a big fan of Johnny. He's hot and a great actor. That's a combo you don't see to often.

I love PotC!!! I've always loved pirates. I mean, I know that most of them were dirty, rude villians, but I still love them! I'm actually reading a prelude to Peter Pan as we speak.
Thanks for the link to the trailer! Believe it or not, I didn't know a sequel was coming out until I saw this thread. It seems weird to me that they would make one five or so years after the first movie.

Wouldn't the third POTC come out in 2009, since both movies are seperated three years?

Apparently not. POTC 3 is supposedly being released 6-12 months after POTC 2. Or at least, so I've heard.
