I totally love horses, so I'd like to join. Unfortunately right now I do not own one, but I ride at a friend's and anywhere else I can any chance I get! My favorite breed is a Quarter Horse, and I vastly prefer the cowboyin' kind over the dressage-doing, hunter-jumping kind of horse. I love herding cattle, barrel racing, or just riding around the countryside. My favorite horse color is buckskin; I think they are so beautiful! And over a gently, "good" horse, I'll take a wild, hard-to-handle horse any day! It's been to my pain more than once, but I love it!

Hello, Lady Katrina! I really don't know who's in charge of the club right now, cuz it kinda died and we're trying to revive it. But it's ok be me if you join!  Nordithan, same for you!
I am an absolute horse FREAK and my family owns two foals Mirage, who is strictly mine, and Aurora, who belongs to the whole family.
Arwen Arianna, I know exactly how you feel. You see, I help my riding teacher train some of her horses in exchange for boarding Mirage. I always get majorly attached to them. Just now, she sold one I really loved. Her name was Beauty, and she was a pure black pony that was so small I could hardly fit on her. But I am really gonna miss her. _________________

I agree, Arwen Arianna. Friends shouldn't be taken away from you. But what can I say? Beauty wasn't my horse. And neither was Lucas or Rose or Clarabelle or Chancy...  _________________

Hey! What's been happening to the club?!?!?!?
I don't want it to die again!
I'll try to start a new subject: if you ride, what style, and what's your favorite activity to do while riding.
I ride English. My absolute favorite part is jumping, though I'm not very good at it yet  I also love trail riding. Though, right now, what's been occupying most of my horsey time is training my foals, Mirage and Aurora. _________________

I ride english, too. 2 weeks ago I jumped the first time. But it was fun.
But last summer we did horse trekking (travelling on horseback for a week). THAT was fun. Only after that my butt hurt a little 8-10 hours on a horse a day... I wasn't used to that. But it was GREAT!!!!! I definately want to do it again. _________________

Oh, it was awesome, but pretty dangerous, too... A few times a horse nearly fell down a slope, they sometimes had a bad day and were like mad, they were terrified of things, we had to search other pathes or jump over gratings or tree trunks... we had a couple of very dangerous situations.... but I'd do it ever again!
