At length Pan got up, and wandered into the Prince Edmunds study. Creeping up behind Edmund, and gesturing to Lucy to be still, she clamped a hand down on his mouth "HAHA!" she laughed, and let go grinning.

Susan giggled gleefully as she watched her brothers eyes go wide with shock and then narrow in annoyance. "Well I best be going!" She said lauging. "Do try to be more careful Brother!" She left with a merry smile still on her lips. "Barnus." she called out, when the faun arrived she said "The King and Prince of Arkenland have invited King Edmund, Queen Lucy and myself to visit them. Will thou tell Mara the Dryad to see to my packing?"
"Aye, Your Majesty. How long shall you be gone?"
"I forgot to ask.. hmm.. could you ask Ed for me?"
"Of course, Your Highness!"
"I'm off to the mer-peoples meeting. Good day Barnus!"
"Good day your Majesty." said the faun as he skipped off to attend to his duties. Susan headed for the beach.

Lucy winks at Pan, but does it so Edmund doesn't see, and then skip out of the room to get ready.
