Jack stopped walking. His head titled upwards to look at the ceiling. His eyes caught every detail they could take in. His mouth dropped open and his eyes widened twice their size. "I was wrong about you Minara...." He titled his head back and down and waltzed over to her and whispered in her ear, "Ye sure know where to look for treasure." He lifted a finger and poked her nose.

Devina somehow accumalated the largest hut for herself, the second largest for Chris. There were select trunks in each, full of bronze coins and the likes. "Say Chris?" Devina said after, a while "If Jack is* on the island....What say you to kidnapping him, and giving him a taste of his own medicen?"

Minara grins at Jack and winks. "You bet I do..." Her crew is staring wide-eyed at the sapphire, and some have run ahead to try and pry the stones from the road. Minara lets out a loud whistle and the men stand up and walks back over to her, trying to look dignified. lol
A second later, then same whistle reverberates back ather, echoing over the whole island, and a keening dirge sounds from the waters around the island.

Jack stopped smiling as his head shot from side to side. His eyes searched every corner of the caves. He stopped breathing for a few seconds before all fell still. He leaned into Minara's ear once more and whispered through his teeth, "What was that?...."

Minara's upper lip curls in a snarl and she unsheathes her sword. "I dunno, but I'm gonna find out...." She stalks forwards, her boot heel clinking against a pure, uncut diamond set in the cobblestones of the road. After a moment, her crews follow her, but stop occaisionally to try and pry a loose gemstone or two from the road. Suddenly she stops and lets out the eerie shriek she used the first time the island answered. Silence reigns in the streets, until a wavering cry lifts into the air and something cold whooshes past them, headed straight for the huge lily sapphire.

Jack bent his knees low as the cold wind blew his hat clear off his head. Of course, Jack turned his head around to look to see where his hat was running off to. His face was upset and looked annoyed. He muttered something under his breath before he started running off to catch his hat, and disappeared in the shadows of the cave.

Devina's ears picked up the sound- an eeirie call in the silent air. "Oh God..." She said quietly "Oh God.... Please not again! Not after alst time!"

Minara watches Jack go running off and sighs, shaking her head. "Him and his hat..." She breaks into a run as well, chasing the faintly glowing wind up the long road towards the huge castle....

Jack kept muttering words under his breath as he kept chasing his hat, in the opposite direction Minara was headed. He kept an arm reached out, but every time he tried to snatch the hat up, the wind would sweep it back up again and carry it away. "Come 'ere you stupid, mangy hat!" Jack ran farther and farther away from the others.

Minara senses Jack running off and whirls, snapping her fingers. The hat jerks into the air and over to her hand, where she grabs it. "Looking for this?....." She turns back and walks towards the castle again, twirling the hat idly.

(Yes, I know.... That's why Minara yanked the hat into the air, through the air, and all the way over to her... Instead of just picking it up.... Since she can't....lol)

Jack snatched his hat from Minara with digust in his face. "Why thank ye missy." He pushed it back onto his head with ease. He started to follow the others again, but he turned his head around occasionally, feeling as if someone were watching or following him.
