I think that would be very fair, Gwenneth. 
It would give you the strength to tackle the shops this Christmas!
I'm having some espresso right now.... ummmmmm. And have found a couple chocolate covered caramels to cheer me up even more.
We have a funny little electric espresso maker that is like a kettle, but comes in two parts and, it is wonderful!!!
Most of my friends have the stove top ones and are rather envious of my nifty little machine. There are dark mutterings and thoughtful looks. I am very noble and rise above it all.....  _________________ Weep no more

My mom brought home a bottled frappuccino when she went to work out. I was so thankful. Today is my official last day before Christmas break! _________________

Everyone here is getting the big machines that do everything. It's sort of the latest fad. Mine's just a funny little electric kettle thing from Italy. It doesn't froth milk or anything... but that's okay, I like my espresso sugarless and black. _________________ Weep no more

I think you sort of grow into it as you get okder.
And you are right, too much and you can't sleep! But I'd rather have coffee than Red Bull if I wanted to stay awake.

Yeah, or you could just drink coffee at night, stay up all night, and then have coffee in the morning, and be hyper again. Then sleep REALLY well the next day! _________________

Actually espresso is less likely to keep you up then Instsant! It has something with he water passing through the ground coffee whereas with instsnt the coffee sits in the water and you drink it all down...???
But don't quote me on this! :wink:
I've only ever had Red Bull once... eeeuuuwwwwww!!!! That stuff is horrible! I met James Marsters (Buffy's Spike) when he was in Australia and he just drinks it by the gallon! I'd rather have my caffeine 'coffee' flavoured! _________________ Weep no more

Red Bull is ok, but Coffee is better. MUCH better.
