Illeran snorted, exasperated. "The man's wounded, for devil's sake. The least you can do is dress his wound!"

"So what? Wounded is wounded! He could at least wake up, and make an effort..." Devina frowned, placing the jug on the floor, and poking Jack in the side. "Anybody there?"

Illeran sighed and tapped Blackbird on the shoulder. "I hope you know that our ship is being blown apart as we speak."

"Thank you, Illeran, for stating the obvious," Blackbird said tersely, handing him a pair of tongs. "I never knew you to be so concerned for our well-being. Since you're so anxious to help, be a good boy and go ask Joe for a hot coal out of the stove. I don't have anything to dress this wound with, and I have to stop the bleeding somehow."

((Yeah...I don't know where keyodie is...Oh, and just so y'all don't think Blackbird's completely insane, they really did used to burn a wound to keep the blood from flowing if they didn't have bandages. It just stings really really bad ))

Grumbling to himself about women, Illeran snatched the tongs and proceeded above deck. As soon as he stepped out a bullet missed his head by a centimeter and a pirate had seized his arm.

"Care for a rum, mate?"

Illeran smiled and nodded. A second later the offender was slumped on the deck, a barrel of rum upturned on his head.

Barbossa continued fighting Eliza, though he was trying to get her out of the way.
"Whatever yer do, don't blow 'er up too bad!"
Barbossa then grabbed Eliza's sword and stabbed his own heart. He laughed.
"I'm undead, remember mate? I died once, but the monkey made us alive again..." The crew laughed along with Barbossa.
"You can die, I can't. Ya sure yer wanna continue this battle, matey?"

"Look, Will," Blackbird said, growing irritable. "As long as you keep questioning everything I say, we're not going to get anywhere. I'm revising my opinion about the wound. The more blood he loses, the worse Jack's chances get. My medical training, minimal as it is, is more than yours. Therefore, I make the decisions. Savvy?"

((bump))

"Very well madaam" He said sarcastically. "if shall be on deck if you should need me."

Eliza sneered at Barbossa. "You may not be able to die, but can you still fight with out a head or limps!" she said fighting harder. Soon she heard her own crew join the fight.

"Personally I aggree with Will. It would be better to bind the wound, not to burn it, and therefor the flesh about it."Devina said warily, stepping back a little from Blackbird.
