Is there a good breakdown comparing DEXs and centralized exchanges with a focus on security?

So I was arguing with a friend over dinner about whether DEXs are overtaking traditional exchanges, and he told me to read something on dev.to. Thought he was exaggerating, but the post actually had a solid breakdown of both types. Especially liked the part where they went over security measures—living in a country where some wallets glitch a lot, that hit home. I'm now rethinking where I do my daily trades.
