I can relate to a lot of what you’re saying. For me, the social part was the biggest adjustment. I didn’t realize how much I depended on casual chats or just physically being around people. I tried joining a couple of virtual coworking sessions, but they didn’t feel the same—like the silence was louder, somehow. What’s helped a bit is working from cafés once or twice a week. Even just the background noise resets my brain. I do think it’s made me more intentional with communication, though. Like, when I check in with teammates now, it’s more meaningful. But yeah, it’s still strange not to have that organic interaction. I like to do Remote First Jobs
