Rumour leads them to the harbor of the city, striding down a dock and up the gangplank of a ship. The ship's sides are painted scarlet, and the sails are black, with the flag being blood-red with the black symbols of a skull and crossed whips. She waits until they are all aboard, then calls to a crewman to pull up the gangplank. When that is done she leads them to her cabin, so they can talk in safety.

Rumoru snorts again, derision showing in her black eyes. "Then you get killed... I'm not saying you should hide from evil, merely be discreet, and perhaps live longer, especially if your enemy is stronger than you...." She shakes her head, as if to get rid of that topic, then looks back at Rafe. "What I had in mind was getting straight to the hart of the problem...."
