Still....I just really don't like JK Rowling as a person -- I do like her writing though.

I would disagree. I've read interviews with her, and she seems very nice. I just don't like her attitude towards the movies.
She left a message on her site apparently, but I can't actually find it when I go there Well here's the update at The Leaky Cauldron:
A Christmas Present From J.K. Rowling
EDIT: Well I found it on the text only version of the site. She updated the rumour section, destroying many theories. -> Rumours
[everything from 'spoiler warning' up is new...I think]
Lupin will not come back as DADA teacher
Harry is not a Metamorphmagus
Mrs Norris is not an unregistered Animagus
Book Seven will not be called 'Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat' [???]
Peter Pettigrew's silver hand will not be used to kill Remus Lupin
Aunt Petunia is not a witch
The sorting hat is not a Horcrux.

This is an excellent Chritmas present! There's also a poll up (in FAQ); the question that wins, JK will answer
- What happens to a secret when the Secret-Keeper dies?
- Does the destruction of a Horcrux involve more than the destruction of the object?
- Why did Voldemort want the Philosopher's Stone if he already had his Horcruxes?
I think the last question is stupid. I'm voting for #2 I think.

I'm curious about #1, but I'm indecisive [wow! big SURPRISE!]

Yes, for me it's #1 or #2. I think number two is important for the "harry is a horcrux" theory. And the 7th book revolves around the destroying of the horcruxes so I think it's relevant.
On the other hand, number one is important because...well Dumbledore was the secret keeper for the location of the Order. But I don't think that really matters anymore. I mean, we don't even know where the location of the Order is...it's not the Black house anymore is it? Actually now that I think about it I'm not going to vote for this one.
The last one, I could have sworn she already answered it. The philosopher's stone would make him strong again wouldn't it?

Wouldn't Moody know? I pictured Moody to be the leader of the group now that DD's gone.
The Philosopher's Stone would make him gain human form and be immortal with his possession of the stone.....
The horcruxes only holds the soul doesn't it?

*thinks*
The Horcruxes make him immortal, because even if he's "killed" part of his soul will be alive and he will still be living.
The stone makes him immortal, but immortal in the vampire sense. He won't die of old age or disease. But if someone kills him, he's dead...right? That's what I thought.
