Jena gasped as she fell onto the ground. She started breathing in the clear air. She gazed up at her attacker.

The explosion heard in the distance rumbled the ground beneath them violently. Apparently they weren't to far from what was happening out there.
Although the sound was loud, Anakin's focus was not disturbed, and his body did not even flinch when the explosion first sounded off. His thoughts were bent on Jena.

Jena felt uncomfortable infront of the sith. Especcially since it was Anakin her old friend who was it. She kept calm when the expolsion happened though secretly she was worried Padme was indanger.

Padme got Jena's message and quickly got to work. Reaching for the force, she located Anakin in Jena's apartment. Quickly, she withdrew so he couldn't detect her. Looks like I'll have to permanently work at headquarters she thought as she switched on her communicator. "Yanche," she said as she contacted her handmaiden, "I need you up here now. A new situation has arisen and I need my water speeder prepared immediately." Grabbing some clothes, she started stuffing them into a suitcase.
The door opened and she activated her lightsaber, only to see the younger woman in the doorway. The beam was quickly put back into it's proper place. "Mistress Amidala, Captian Typho is preparing the speeder," said Yanche with a bow. Captian Typho and Yanche were the few in the apartment complex who knew her true identity. To every one else she was "Padam Nathe," the younger cousin of the queen and Ambassador of Theed. Even in hiding she had found away to be of public service.
Padme nodded. "Thank you Yanche. I need help packing. I'm making an extended trip to the Lake Lodge. I must leave immediately." When the handmaiden made her way to the closet, she quickly said "Don't bother getting anything organized; just stuff it into the cases."

Anakin stared down at Jena. He was about to open his mouth to say something when his head violently, and quickly turned towards a blank wall in the room as if he saw someone from afar or the wall was invisible. He felt someones presence and knew right away whose it was. Padme...

Reia stepped outside as a ship arrived and shielded her eyes. They landed, and about thirty young men stepped off. She quickly glanced at the ship, scanning it...it appeared to be a ship from the Academy. "Welcome to Alderaan," she said, "Now, if you'll follow me." She led them into the building at the landing platform. She walked alongside their leader - a member of the Alliance. "Pilots?" she asked.
"Yes," he said.
"Recruits?"
"Correct."
She nodded. When they got inside, she led them to the speeders, where she told them, "Go to the Northern Base, but keep it quiet. I'll be there at about 1500 hours."

Anakin gave one last glance at Jena with evil eyes before he turned his back and swept out of the room. He knew where he had to go, what he had to do, and who he had to see. He felt her presence grow stronger as his feet quickened their pace. Every step seemed to heal the agony in his heart.

As they finished throwing the contents of her closet into the suitcases, Padme picked them up and raced into the elevator. R2, C3-P0, and Yanche followed behind. As they went downstairs, Padme gave instructions to the handmaiden. "If anyone asks for Padme, say she is dead. That's all there is to it. She did in childbirth. If anyone asks for Padam she is in Theed visiting her cousin, the Queen. Transmit the Queen that information. She has an idea of what's going on." Padme was never more grateful for a private elevator. It ensured that she could give these instructions without someone overhearing. "Also pass this on to Captian Typho."
The doors opened and they entered a veranda which had a small dock for the water speeder. Captian Typho waited nearby. "The speeder is ready my lady." Padme nodded. "Thank to Captian. Look to Yanche for instructions." She loaded the cases and the droids then entered the speeder. She switched it on and pulled away from the dock. As soon as she entered the clearance zone, Padme gunned the engines forward. She had to get to the lodge as quickly as possible. _________________
