Definitley. Elijah is such a brilliant actor and I say so with true sincerity although I'm obviously biased :s lol.
No, He was born to play Frodo and he will forever be Frodo. He definitely incorporated himself into his character and that really shines through. The emotion he envokes from us is unreal.
