I think Johnny Deep feels alot younger in Pirates of the Caribbean than in any other movie he's done...

OMG my uncle owns a chinese/sushi restaurant and one of the sushi chef is going to be in the Pirates of the Caribbean 2 as a pirate. sure it isn't a really big role but they were looking for pirates look-alikes.

Ah man that's so awesome! I was going to audition, but I'm not asian. The newest casting news is, that they are looking for younger versions of Orlando and Johnny look-a-likes. Now those could be some flashbacks we see in the movie.

Ooh...I seriously tried to convince my parents to let me audition for an extra, but they didn't seem too keen on it *pouts* I totally could have done it, too! Oh well, such is life...

I think they were just looking for asian men 18 and up. So, I don't think you would've been let in. But I bet if they did let you in the movie, you would be great as a pirate! Arrgh!

I meant like extras as in background people. I had asked quite a while ago when they were still looking for civilians and such. Which is about the only thing I could have done, being 15, Caucasian, and female

Oh man! I just saw the trailer on big screen to POTC: Dead man's Chest! It was so much more clearer dudes! Davey Jones looked so much more threatening than on the computer. The digital surround sound was awesome as well! It rocked! I'm so stoked about this movie!

Oh yes. I've seen it twice in theaters now because I saw Narnia twice. It's so much cooler on big screen! Ask my friends: I freaked out.

Uh, yeah. We go to the same school, work at the same summer camp, and we're in Band together. Plus, we live about 5 minutes apart and spend a lot of time together outside school. She, hermioneismytwin, and I are all really good friends (even though we're all two years apart, with me in the middle).
