Want to set up a proper home gym. Garden building seems better than converting the garage but costs more upfront

Garden rooms give you dedicated space without losing garage storage. Better ventilation too for cardio equipment

Purpose-built structures definitely beat garage conversions for serious fitness setups. A garden gym room handles equipment weight properly with reinforced flooring for heavy weights and vibration dampening for treadmills. Insulation and heating make year-round workouts comfortable unlike cold garages in winter. Dedicated electrical circuits support multiple machines plus sound system without overloading household circuits. The separation from main house reduces noise complaints from family while creating proper workout environment
