Cindy smiled at Sil, then went to her dorm and quickly fell asleep. Later that night, she lay asleep on her stomach with her hand by her face. She suddenly felt a sharp bit of pain, but brushed it off as her having hit something in the middle of her dream again.


Reia lay asleep that same night, and felt the same shock of pain and jerked awake. There was a cut on the side of her wrist, and blood was slowly trickling down the side of her forearm. There was a smudge, as if something had scraped the trail of blood...

Cindy awoke a few minutes later to see a bloodstain on her pillow where her wrist usually lay. She saw the cut on her wrist and made a confused face. She got up and went to the bathroom to clean it off and put a band-aid on it - she would clean that big splotch of blood later...

Sil had fallen asleep in the hall with the notebook of the work she was working on in her hands and her head layed back against the wall. A sharp pain as a if a dagger was being stabbed into her came over her while she was sound asleep, but it was only a cut. She woke up right after that and saw that her arm was bleeding "Who...the!!!!!??????*bleep* did this?" She quickly pulled out a dagger and looked around. But saw no sign nor herd and sound of the crinimal she walked to the bathroom and washed off her wond then ripped a piece of silk off from under her dress and tyed her wrist up very tight.

Cindy lay in her bed that night and stared at the ceiling. There was nothing sharp around...how had she gotten that cut? She secretly thought of it, but it couldn't be...could it?

Reia sat on her bed, wide awake, wiping her wrist. What the HECK?! Who had cut her wrist at 2:30 A.M? She searched her feelings, and they led to one person.

Sil put her notebook on her desk then closed her door and locked it then walked out to the deck of hers and wrapped up in her cloak looking around Gendalough from a higher view trying to see if she could spot anyone supspicous.

The next morning, Reia cleverly wore a long-sleeve shirt to hide the thin cloth she had wrapped around her wrist to avoid suspicion. Cindy sat in the bathroom at 7:30, however, drumming her fingers on the sink and staring in the mirror, trying to figure out how to hide it. Suddenly, her cell phone rang, and she jumped.

Sil sat on her bed looking out at the shining sun and she also called reia. "Um Hey Re...something wierd is going on, My wrist was cut last night when I fell asleep in the hall from staying up writing...Do you know whats going on?"

Ben walked nex to Cheyenne as she crutched her way to the mess hall. They stoped hearing Reia on the phone. They waited till after she wasdone talking to ash her whats going on.

Cindy jumped as her phone rang, then picked it up and said, "Hello?"

"Cindy?" asked Reia, "Hey, this may sound weird, but do you by any chance have a cut on your wrist?"

Cindy looked down at her wrist in surprise, then said, "Uhh...yeah, actually...why?"

Reia nodded. "It's as I feared...wait -" she thought of something: a witch, a Jedi, an Elf..... "I'll call you back!" she said. She quickly hung up and ran off toward Mandy's room.

Mandy bade good bye to the others as they left and said goodnight to Harry, she then waited for the nurse to stop fussing over her and finally she left pulling the curtain round her bed.

For hours Mandy lay awake, in round 1:00am falling into a light sleep, occasionally groaning and tossing and turning in the bed.
Around her the curtains surrounding her bed drifted in a light breeze, a cast of moonlight falling gently through a gap onto her face.

She felt somthing touch her cheek, she screwed up her face and bushed it away, leaving her wrist lying gently on the pillow.

She was dreaming slowly falling into a deep sleep, the dream was turning into a nightmare, she was stood on the stone steps again, watching everyone fly away, she turned round and saw a man, a man with cruel, evil, twisted feautres, he had a lopsided malicious grin bareing his yellowing crooked teeth.
He lifted his arms, she looked up and saw a huge rock in his hands, he brought it down, she raised her arm to block the blow, a sharp pain went through her wrist as if it were being cut, she screamed out in pain as he brought the rock down on her now shattered wrist and onto her head........

Mandy woke with a start, she sat up in bed a sharp pain going through her head from where she had been hit on the head previous, she wiped her forhead of the sweat that had gathered from the dream she had been having, but there was another pain, it was her wrist it was throbbing, she looked down at it and saw a small trickle of blood slowly falling onto the mattress she was lying on.
Panic went through her as she lifted her wrist to observe it.

She leant over onto her bedside table and lifted the bowl that had been left there previously by the nurse who had mopped up her head.
Slowly and carefully she cleaned the wound, apply a small amount of pressure, waiting for the bleeding to stop, and slowly after an hour it did.

She leant back in her pillows and fell into a hopless sleep, occasionally waking in a sweat and her heart pounding.
